    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain splashing of generated water in discharging the generated water from a fuel cell loaded on a moving body outside. SOLUTION: Water separated by a gas-liquid separator 38 of a hydrogen supplying system 30 and a gas-liquid separator 48 of an air supply and exhaust system 40 of a fuel cell system 20 loaded on a fuel cell vehicle is temporarily reserved in buffer tanks 62a to 62c mounted in a fender and a bumper of a front part of the vehicle and discharged from discharge ports 64b, 64c mounted in front and rear of a front wheel of the vehicle comparatively a little influenced by travelling wind. At that time, an air channel is provided so that the discharged water is flown to the rear on the side of the vehicle by air and an air curtain is formed in front of the discharged water by exhaust gas and the air so as to minimize influence of the travelling wind against the discharged water.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release water to the atmosphere more adequately by preventing scattered water from splashing on people or buildings when water is released which is produced by a fuel cell mounted on moving bodies such as automobiles. SOLUTION: Water contained in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack 22 is separated by a gas-liquid separator 48 and is accumulated in a recovery tank 54. The water accumulated in the recovery tank 54 is released from water outlets 58a through 58f attached at multiple different positions, by setting the releasing positions and a release amount of water based on the driving conditions including vehicle speed and acceleration, a turning state, an activation state of skid reduction control, a distance from any object detected by clearance sonars 94a through 94c, a distance from a subsequent vehicle detected by an extremely high frequency radar 92, and the presence of raindrops detected by a raindrop detection sensor.
