    • PURPOSE:To provide a ventilating system for vehicle, comprising a frame member for limiting movement of window glass disposed at an upper portion of the window frame in the manner that a small opening may be formed in the window, and a side for covering the above opening, whereby it is enabled to ventilate air in the cabin of vehicle, while affording protection against burglar and rainwater. CONSTITUTION:By means of support metal 43, frame member 42 having metal net 40 is attached to an upper portion of window frame 20 of front door 12, and an opening 44 is formed in the window in the manner limiting upward movement of window glass 24 more or less. Further, side visor 48 made of stainless steel is fixed to support metal 43 and is held in place by means of support band 50, such that the side visor 48 covers the opening 44 with a slight spacing from the window glass 24. On the other hand, solar battery 28 is installed, for instance, on the upper surface of side mirrors 16, 18, so as to drive electric fans 38 provided at ventilating openings 36 fomed on both sides of vehicle body 1. With such an arrangement, air in the cabin of a vehicle can be ventilated effectively by means of the openings 44 and ventilating openings 36.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the overheating and fullness of odor in chamber during parking under the blazing sun, by probiding a sunlight detector and controlling the driving of a ventilating blower. CONSTITUTION:The sunlight detector 10 such as a phototransistor is placed on a luggage bed 11 just under the rear window 6 behind the rear seat 3 and connected between an automobile battery 21 and a driving motor 14. When more then a predetermined quantity of sunlight A comes into the chamber 1 during parking under the blazing sun, the detector 10 operates to energize the fan driving motor 14 from the battery 21 through a manual switch 18, a normally closed contact 19a of a parking detector relay 19, a normally open contact 33a of a charged quantity detector 22 and the detector 10. Thereby, the fan 13 is driven to ventilate the chamber 1 to prevent the temperature rising and fullness of odor arising from resin products etc. in the chamber 1.

    • PURPOSE:To enable high precision adjustment of mechanical operating force by mounting a controlling means which receives the converted electric signal from a detecting electrostrictive element to control the electric power to be supplied to a laminated unit and adjusts the mechanical operating force generated therefrom. CONSTITUTION:With a set 11 of laminated electrostrictive elements 11 expanded, the oil pressure in a cylinder operates on a detecting electrostrictive elements so that said elements 15 generates the electric capacity changing signal having an extremely trifle value of hysterists. Next, the detecting signal from the detecting electrostricitive element 15 is converted to a voltage signal by a capacity to voltage converter 24 and a deviation detector 26 generates a deviation signal according to a deviation between the target value from a target value calculating circuit 25 so that the voltage generated by a voltage increasing and decreasing circuit 27 is increased and decreased according to the deviation signal and a driver 28 applies the driving power to the set 11 of the laminated electrostrictive elements. When the generated power reaches the target value, the output voltage of the circuit 27 becomes constant to maintain the target driving force, whereby executing the precise control of the driving force.
