A data inverse replacement circuit 9 inversely replaces the reception data after the weighting operation corresponding to the opposite replacement rule of the replacement rule.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment by which an accident resulting from one-hand driving or the like by a driver using the communication terminal equipment in a vehicle is prevented. SOLUTION: A communication terminal equipment such as a cellular telephone set or a PHS is carried by the user and mounted on a cradle in a cabin so as to allow the user to make hand-free speech using a microphone 24 that is installed in the cabin. The on-vehicle equipment 20 mounted in the cabin is provided with an antenna 21 or the like and has a transmission function. The on-vehicle equipment 20 sends a signal denoting limit of the equipment when the communication terminal equipment is not mounted on the cradle based on a signal from a cradle mount switch 28. The communication terminal equipment receiving the signal from the on-vehicle equipment 20 stops its transmission function or disconnects the antenna 21 and a transmission section 22 to prevent transmission of a radio wave from the antenna 21, thereby executing the use limit processing.
