摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate backlash by pressfitting a needle bearing of closed end type in a clearance between a pin driven in a block body and a pin hole for yokes to be engaged therewith, after fitting a collar made of a low frictional material to the pin head part. SOLUTION: An universal joint is constituted of a drive shaft, hubs 1, 2 fitted to a driven shaft, collar yokes 11, 21 in their ends, a block body 3, and a pin 4, four same pins 4 are pressfitted in the four directions, and a small size needle bearing 5 of closed end type is inserted in a clearance between the pin 4 and the yokes 11, 21. Disc or ring collars 6 made of a low frictional material are mounted on the head part of the pin 4, the needle bearing 5 is pressfitted in to a position being in contact therewith, and the clearance between the pin 4 and the end cover of a shell is eliminated with its rotatable state. The collar 6 is made of fluororesin, carbon, and brass and the thickness is equivalent to the clearance. This constitution can eliminate backlash in the eccentric direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent gas from blowing off when a cooler gas filled can is opened by a method wherein a weakened part for opening the can is provided on a head wall portion of the can to be connected to an end of a cooler gas loading device and a packing is disposed so as to encircle an end of a cutter provided on the loading device to open the head wall. CONSTITUTION:The arrangement is such that when a cooler gas loading device is connected to a low pressure side of a compressor through a charge hose, fluorocarbon gas in a cooler flows into a channel 15 to effect air purge. The loading device is attached to a cooler gas feed pipe 41 by screwing a cylinder 13, wherein a ball 27 is pressed against a valve seat 29, into a cap 43 of a gas filled can 41. At this moment, a packing 33 encircles the end of a cutter 31 in such a manner that the packing projects slightly from the end, and hence as the cylinder 13 is screwed into the cap 43, the cylinder is screwed in, while the packing 33 is being compressed, following which a weakened part 45 of a head wall 43a is fully opened by the end surface of the cutter 31 formed in a flat shape so that the cooler gas is taken out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve sealing ability, by a method wherein a tongue piece is cut and risen in an internal projection and in a range, extended between coupling members, toward the external periphery side. CONSTITUTION:A tongue piece 7 is cut and risen in an internal peripheral projection 2 of a spacer expander and in a range, extended between coupling members 3 thereof, toward an external periphery side, and pressure collecting surfaces 71 are formed integrally with the tongue piece at upper and lower ends in the direction of an axis of the forward end of the tongue piece. Thus, the pressure collecting surfaces 71, formed to the forward end of the tongue piece, are positioned between pressure collecting surfaces 11 formed to an external projection 1. This reduces a gap between the pressure collecting surfaces to half that of a conventional type, resulting in production of about uniform surface pressure at a side rail 4 throughout the whole periphery thereof and in reliable seal.

This constitution can improve sealing performance on the top/bottom faces of the ring groove 61 and save oil consumption.
