摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a welding machine with which a set of inner-layer wiring boards are fixed by a method, wherein the set of inner-layer wiring boards whose prepregs are exposed on the surface are laid up and the prepregs are melted and welded by a welding head. SOLUTION: In this welding machine for an inner layer board, double-sided wiring boards and prepregs which constitute inner layers are placed alternately on a jig plate, so as to be laid up during the manufacturing process of a multilayer printed wiring board, several peripheral places are heated and pressurized spot-like, the prepregs are melted and welded, and constituent members for the inner layers are fixed temporarily. A tape 25 is arranged between the tip of a welding head 17, which heats and pressurizes the several peripheral places in the spot-like manner and a work 40, so that the welding head 17 does not come into direct contact with the prepreg in the surface of the work 40. The surface of prepregs are carbonized or softened to adhere to the tip of the welding head 17. In addition, protrusion on the surface of the prepreg, formed by the tip of the welding head 17 is pressed by a stamper 27 so as to be leveled, and the lowering in the bonding strength of a copper foil on the surface is prevented. When the outermost layer is a double-sided wiring board, it is heated by the tip of the welding head 17 so as to be carbonized, and the use of the tape 25 is effective.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of fungi during preservation by sticking dehydroacetate to the bamboo skewer. CONSTITUTION:The bamboo skewer is immersed into an aq. soln. of the dehydroacetate to impregnate the dehydroacetate into the bamboo skewer and thereafter, the bamboo skewer is dried. The concn. of the dehydroacetate in the aq. soln. for immersion is >=0.2wt.% and more particularly preferably about 0.3 to 0.5wt.%. The immersion time is determined according to the concn. of the dehydroacetate and is >=2 minutes, more preferably about 3 to 10 minutes. The liquid is preferably exchanged or the dehydroacetate is freshly added to the liquid when the pH of the immersion liquid decreases to 8.0 (20 deg.C). The dehydroacetate is permitted as a food additive and has 2000mg/kg acute oral LD50 and high safety to the human body. In addition, the dehydroacetate does not destroy the tissue of the bamboo material. The generation of the fungi in the long-term preservation is prevented over a long period of time.

A pair of concentric solid and hollow guide marks 22 (1a-5a) and 23 (1b-5b) are arranged in, for example, three rows and three columns within a guide mark frame 21 whose profile is accommodated in the sight field of an X-ray camera. Guide mark groups 20 are provided at, for example, four corners of the multilayer printed wiring board. A single guide mark group takes in all guide mark images in the frame at a single X-ray irradiation, with the coordinate value calculated. Based on the coordinate value of a guide mark in four guide mark groups, the deformation amount of wiring pattern formed at each conductor layer is calculated and the result is recorded.

The packing 23 is fixed to the filler hole flange surface 17 in a pressed condition by the spring 25, for forming a seal structure. It is thus possible to charge water for washing and cooling a radiator, and realize the seal structure with high reliability.
