    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a welding machine with which a set of inner-layer wiring boards are fixed by a method, wherein the set of inner-layer wiring boards whose prepregs are exposed on the surface are laid up and the prepregs are melted and welded by a welding head. SOLUTION: In this welding machine for an inner layer board, double-sided wiring boards and prepregs which constitute inner layers are placed alternately on a jig plate, so as to be laid up during the manufacturing process of a multilayer printed wiring board, several peripheral places are heated and pressurized spot-like, the prepregs are melted and welded, and constituent members for the inner layers are fixed temporarily. A tape 25 is arranged between the tip of a welding head 17, which heats and pressurizes the several peripheral places in the spot-like manner and a work 40, so that the welding head 17 does not come into direct contact with the prepreg in the surface of the work 40. The surface of prepregs are carbonized or softened to adhere to the tip of the welding head 17. In addition, protrusion on the surface of the prepreg, formed by the tip of the welding head 17 is pressed by a stamper 27 so as to be leveled, and the lowering in the bonding strength of a copper foil on the surface is prevented. When the outermost layer is a double-sided wiring board, it is heated by the tip of the welding head 17 so as to be carbonized, and the use of the tape 25 is effective.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reference hole at a position where defect rate can be reduced more than other position. SOLUTION: Origin coordinate and a coordinate axis angle of a first coordinate system are obtained using a point of the center of gravity as an immobile point and applying the least square method from a coordinate value of a machine coordinate system obtained by observing a plurality of guide marks PDi (i=1 to n) formed in conductor layers of a plurality of multilayer printed wiring boards, and arrangement (origin coordinate value, angle of coordinate axis) of a design coordinate system describing a pattern, a hole position, a guide mark, a reference hole, etc., formed in the conductor layers of the multilayer printed wiring boards is calculated with a reference hole drilling machine. Next, individual error of observed value of each guide mark is obtained, two guide marks in which error is the maximum and the minimum are selected depending on coordinate axis, and arithmetic average of the coordinate values is used as an immobile point to calculate a second coordinate system by the same procedures.     • PURPOSE: To quickly wash away even hard-to-wash dirt, make the component of silk permeate into the skin, and provide a high skin activation effect by using cloth containing silk fiber as a surface mounting material as well as mesh cloth as a reverse side mounting material, and housing a foamed body between both mounting materials. CONSTITUTION: A human body cleaning tool has a bag body formed out of surface cover 11 (surface mounting material) and a reverse side cover 13 hemmed to each other via a hem stitching cloth 17, and a sponge 15 (foamed body) made of polyurethane is housed in the bag body. Also, the cover 11 is formed out of 100% silk plain woven cloth. Alterenatively, hemp cloth, cloth of mixed yarn of silk and hemp, cloth of mixed yarn of silk and other fiber than temp, or the like may be used for the cover 11. On the other hand, the cover 13 is formed out of mesh cloth having many small openings, and fitted with a cord 19 for inserting a finger at the time of using the tool. Silk fiber enters the groove or pores of the skin, thereby washing away even hard-to-wash dirt.
