    • PURPOSE:To avoid the need for a high pressure injection and contrive the shortening of manufacturing time without causing the inward entry of burrs and dusts by a method wherein a metal die is opened in response to the amount of a resin injected when a film forming material is injected between the metal die and a resin molding with the resin molding formed and retained in the cavity between the metal dies. CONSTITUTION:A lower half 11 of a molding metal die 1 is placed closely into an upper half 10 thereof to form a cavity 12, a resin molding material is injected from mixing parts 25 through injection openings 26 and a resin molding 50 is formed under pressure and heat. A resin film material 51' is injected from the mixing parts 25' for mixing at least two kinds of raw liquids through injection openings 26' with a molding held in the cavity 12, without opening the metal die. In this stage, the lower half 11 is lowered in response to the amount of the resin film material injected therein and a gap between itself and the upper half 10 is gradually opened. After completion of the filling of the resin film material, a resin film 51 is completed on the surface of a resin molding 50 with the lower metal die forced up and under pressure and heat.
