    • PURPOSE: To make usable even in a closed space of relatively high humidity and to form a corrosion-proof coat which can stand up to severe environmental load conditions by specifying the structure of an isocyanate component and a polyamine component and the mixing ratio of the components and curing the coating film formed by spraying them. CONSTITUTION: A coating material is composed of an isocyanate component (A) which comprises a partial prepolymer prepared by a method in which organic polyisocyanate or part of the isocyanate groups in the polyisocyanate is reacted with polyol of 200 8000 molecular weight or the mixture of them and a polyamine component (B) comprising 100 pts.wt. of polyoxyalkylene polyamine having average molecular weight of 1000-10,000 and two or more aliphatic amino groups in a molecule and 15-100 pts.wt. of active aromatic diamine, excluding toluene diamine, in which an aromatic group does not have an electron attractive property, and a position adjacent to an amino group has 1-5 C alkyl substituent. The isocyanate component (A) and the polyamine component (B) are mixed in an equivalent ratio of 1/0.7-1/1.5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition comprising an isocyanate component which gives a polyurethane polyurea product having excellent strength and toughness, by dispersing a reactive metallic carboxylate in a polyisocyanate compound in the specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:A caustic alkali is added to an aqueous suspension of a carboxylic acid having a group containing active hydrogen atoms to form a neutralized solution, which is mixed an aqueous solution of a chloride of a desired metal, thus giving a reactive metallic carboxylate (B) of formula I (wherein X is a group having active hydrogen atoms, such as amino, OH or COOH; m is 1-2; M is a polyvalent metal such as Al, Ca, Ti, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sn, Ba or Pb; f is a number equal to the valence of metal M; n is 1-f). Component B is dispersed in a polyisocyanate compound (A) having a number-average molecular weight of 250-8,000 and at least two NCO groups in the molecule in the proportion of A to B to provide an isocyanate index of formula II of 100-2,000, preferably 200-1,000, thus giving the title composition in which the mean particle diameter of the dispersoid is 0.01-20mum, preferably 0.01-5mum.
