摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form composite coating films of high saturation by forming a color base coating film on a substrate successively formed with primer coating and intermediate coating films and coating the surface of the color base coating film with a powder color clear coating material. SOLUTION: In the case of preparing a metallic material to be coated suitable for a vehicle body of an automobile, etc., a base material 1 is subjected to primer coating 2 and is then subjected to intermediate coating 3 thereon. The metallic material is subjected to black out coating for sashes as desired. The color base coating film 4 is thereafter formed thereon and the color base coating material is preferably a solvent based one in terms of coating workability. The solvent based color base material contains a thermosetting resin soluble or dispersible in water or org. solvent as a coating film forming component and a hardener. The surface of the color base coating film 4 is coated with the powder color clear coating material 5. The powder coating material 5 suitable for use consists of the thermosetting resin which is the coating film forming component and the hardener as essential components and further contains a pigment, surface control agent and other additives.

CONSTITUTION:The composition is obtained by incorporating (A) an organoiron compound and/or an organoaluminum compound into a composition capable of undergoing hydrosilylation and comprising (B) an arylic, polyester, or epoxy resin having two or more alkenyl or alkynyl groups per molecule, (C) an organic Si compound having two or more directly Si-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, and (D) a hydrosilylation catalyst. If an element such as N, P, S, Sn, or As is present in even a slight amount when the hydrosilylation of the resin (B) with the compound (C) is to be conducted with the aid of the catalyst (D), the element acts as a catalyst poison to significantly inhibit the reaction. The presence of the compound (A) enables the hydrosilylation to proceed without fail even in the presence of a catalyst poison.
