摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the treatment and working of waste synthetic resins so as to obtain granulated matters capable of being utilized again in spite of the configuration and performance of the waste synthetic resins by a method wherein film type synthetic resins, received after classification, are granulated by melting and solidifying while synthetic resins, except the film type synthetic resins, are granulated through crushing treatment. SOLUTION: Synthetic resins A, consisting of film type synthetic resin materials principally, and synthetic resins B, except the synthetic resins A, are received after classification. The synthetic resins A are treated in accordance with a working treatment line X. In this case, the resins are cut by a vertical cutting machine 2 and are molten by heating in granulating and solidifying devices 5a, 5b after sorting by a sorting conveyer 10. The granulated matters are sorted by sorting devices 6a, 6b and are sent by air into a storage silo. Synthetic resins B are crushed roughly by a primary crushing device 32 in accordance with a treating line Y and, thereafter, irons are removed by a magnetic selector 41. Further, the synthetic resins B are crushed secondarily by a secondary crusher 34 and foreign matters, such as mud, sand and the like, are removed by a wind power selecting machine 36, then, the crushed resins are sent into a cushion tank by a transferring means 37.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably recover hydrogen chloride in evolved gas as a hydrochloric acid without the occurrence of problems by the dust included in the evolved gas when the chlorine-containing resins of agricultural polyvinyl chloride sheets, or the like, are subjected to dechlorination treatment. SOLUTION: This method comprises subjecting the gas containing the hydrogen chloride evolved by the dechlorination treatment of the chlorine-containing resins to combustion treatment to remove the organic components included in the gas, introducing the high-temperature gas after the combustion treatment into a cooling facility to rapidly cool the gas, then removing the hydrochloric acid from the gas. Water or aqueous solution is sprayed to the inner wall surfaces of the high-temperature gas introducing section of the cooling facility, by which the dust included in the high-temperature gas is prevented from adhering to the inner wall surfaces.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively recover and recycle carbon black, rubber, or the like by grinding a waster rubber to a specified or smaller particle diameter and heat-treating the pulverized rubber with an organic medium having a specific boiling point and a specified aromaticity index. SOLUTION: A waste rubber such as waste tires from automobiles, trucks, and industrial machines and rubber belts, rubber packings, or the like used in various industries is comminuted to a mean particle diameter of 10 mm or below with a crusher or a grinder. The comminuted waste rubber is immersed in an organic medium having an aromaticity index (the ratio of the number of aromatic carbon atoms to the total number of carbon atoms) of 0.2 or above and a boiling point of 300-600 deg.C and heat-treated at a temperature being lower than the boiling point of the medium and being 250-350 deg.C for 0.5-60 min. After the heat treatment, the floating separated rubber is recovered, and the carbon black dispersed in the medium is recovered by filtration. Steel wires, or the like are separated and deposited. The organic medium used is a coal tar based heavy oil, pitch, a liquefied coal oil, ethylene bottom oil, a modified oil, FCC oil, or the like.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat a chlorine-containing waste plastic by heating a specific organic solvent below its boiling point, immersing the chlorine- containing waste plastic in the heated organic solvent to dechlorinate the plastic, and subsequently recovering the chlorine from the produced chlorine-containing exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This method for treating a chlorine-containing waste plastic comprises heating an organic solvent (for example, a coal tar-based heavy oil) having a boiling point of >=300 deg.C and an aromatic index of >=0.2 at a temperature of 200-400 deg.C below its boiling point, immersing a chlorine-containing waste plastic (for example, vinyl chloride resin in waste materials such as waste vehicles or waste household electric appliances) preferably at 150-500 deg.C for about 0.5-30 min to dechlorinate the plastic, and subsequently recovering the chlorine from the produced chlorine-containing exhaust gas. The dechlorinated waste plastic may be utilized as a reducing material for blast furnaces as such or after the concentration of the dechlorinated waste plastic is adjusted.
