摘要： PURPOSE: To decrease the load on a crusher, prevent the rotting, bad odor, and proliferation of microorganisms and fungi during storage of a solid fuel produced, and eliminate hydrogen chloride gas during combustion in a process for converting general household garbage into a solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A raw material 1, i.e., general household garbage, is stored in a pit and crane 2 at the storing step, subjected to the primary crushing 3 to a granule size of e.g. 75-100mm, subjected to magnetic sorting 4 and aluminum sorting 12 to remove iron and aluminum, subjected to sieving 5 with a 20-30mm-mesh sieve to be separated into oversize garbage and undersize residue. The oversize garbage is subjected to the secondary crushing 6 to a granule size of 20-30mm, and the undersize residue is mixed 7 with 5-10wt.% (based on the dry residue) lime 8. Then, the oversize garbage after the secondary crushing and the undersize residue contg. lime are subjected to drying and mixing 9, subjected to vol. reduction and solidification 10, and molded into a solid fuel 11.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resource recovery efficiency and operating efficiency by convergently controlling waste. SOLUTION: In the resource recovery facility for waste, a bottle, a can and waste plastics subjected to collection for classificated refuse are received by a receiving installation 10 and carried by the body 18 of a carrier device and stored in the corresponding areas of a three-dimensional storage facilities 20 previously separated into the areas. A body of the carrier device carries the waste to a sorting installation 30 for the bottle, the can or a sorting installation 40 for waste plastics by indication of a carrier controller at a proper period. Material separation of the can, size separation and color separation of the bottles are performed by the sorting installation 30 for the bottles and the cans. Further, in the sorting installation 40 for waste plastics, the waste plastics are separated into a film plastics and a PET bottle plastics and these are packaged respectively, and if necessary, stored in a storage facilities 60 of the packaged articles and respectively carried to resource recovery works by every aim.

To the controller 6, a roller position signal from the encoder 3 and the image signal from the image pickup means 4 are inputted, and a sorting mechanism 5 arranged above the conveying surface in the hind part of the roller conveyor 1 is operated by these signals to classify the waste containers A by color, shape, material and the like and throw them into a chute 9.

Among fed articles, the spherical articles are rolled to the upstream side and the lower direction in the width direction caused by inclination of the carrying conveyer 1 and are recovered in the recovering hole 53 for the spherical articles and the square articles are carried by the carrying conveyer 1 into the recovering hole 52 for the square articles and the cylindrical articles are rolled down to the side on the carrying face and are carried by being supported by the side wall face 7 and are recovered in the recovering hole 51 for the cylindrical articles.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting general waste into a solid fuel by selecting a reutilizable incombustible component from general waste to obtain a solid fuel having excellent quality in high efficiency at a low cost and enable the reutilization of valuable materials. SOLUTION: A raw material 1a composed of general waste is crushed by a primary crushing step 21 and iron is removed from the primarily crushed waste by a metal-removing step 3. The waste is sieved in the sieving step 22 after the removal of metal. The raw material left on the sieve is transferred to a resource selection step 29 to recover glass bottles and an aluminum removing step to remove incombustible materials, which are used as resources. The raw material on the sieve is subjected to secondary crushing after removing the incombustible materials. The garbage passed through the sieve is mixed with quick lime 24 in a mixing step 25. The raw material subjected to the secondary crushing and the garbage mixed with quick lime are dried and mixed in a drying and mixing step 26. The mixed raw material is compacted and solidified in a compacting and solidifying step 27 to form a solid fuel 28.
