    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for efficiently shredding a waste synthetic resin material in domestic refuse in a pretreatment process for feeding the resin material into a blast furnace or the like as fuel or a reducing material. SOLUTION: The waste synthetic resin material is compressed from two or more directions to be shaped in an individual piece of a prescribed shape. While this individual piece is pressed to the directions of both edges of rotary blades 8 rotating around a fixed shaft and first fixed blades 9 each paired with the rotary blade 8, it is shredded by the rotary blades 8 and the first fixed blades 9. The shredded pieces are housed and kept in a space between a partially cylindrical fixed screen, which is installed between the rotary blades 8 to leave a prescribed space, and of which the starting end is made to be adjacent to the first fixed blades 9, and the rotary blades 8 from the starting end of the fixed screen, and are sieved with the fixed screen at the same time to make them fall down. The shredded pieces which do not fall down from the sieve and move to the end edge of the fixed screen are further shredded by the rotary blades and second fixed blades 10, which are connected to the end edge part of the fixed screen, and each of which is paired with the rotary blade, to make their size smaller. In such a way, the shredded pieces are made to pass through the sieve meshes and fall down from the screen.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus capable of simplifying the arranging work of an apparatus machinery and capable of easily performing a flaw detection test successively by arranging a plurality of steel panels. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus is equipped with a probe holder 1 having an ultrasonic probe detecting the ultrasonic echo of a steel panel 9 to be tested and a laser target 2 for detecting the position of the steel panel to be tested, a plurality of laser beam projection detectors 3 arranged outside the steel panel 9 in order to project laser beam on the laser target 2 to detect the position thereof, a position detector 4 detecting the positions of the detectors 3 from the detection results thereof and an operator 5 converting the position detection results corresponding to an ultrasonic echo to the position of the steel panel 9. Further, a monitor gate discriminating the echo with respect to the ultrasonic echo, a flaw judging circuit for judging a flaw from the echo height of the discriminated echo and a beam path length and a flaw display means are provided.
