摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent generation of an excessive bending stress in the framework of a crushing means, caused by the reaction force received by the crushing means from refractory material, so as to make the device as a whole compact and improve the dismantling ability of the crushing means. CONSTITUTION: In a dismantling device 1 for a refractory lining a crushing means 5 is provided in a framework 4, the framework 4 being placed over a container 3 lined with a refractory material 2 which leaves a clear inside space 9 enclosed by the bottom 7 and upright side wall 8 and the crushing means 5 having a cutting tool 25 for cutting the refractory material 2 from inside outward and provided in a manner of being movable vertically and horizontally inside the clear inside space 9. In this framework 4 grounding means 6 are provided, which are set from inside plane against plane firmly on the upright side wall 8 of the refractory material 2 in grounding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To repair a trough under condition of mutually cancelling out the load to the trough by laying a frame on the upper surface of vertical wall parts of the trough having almost U-shaped cross section, holding the inner and the outer surface of the vertical wall parts at the right and the left sides by a regulating means extended from the frame, and grinding the inner surface of the trough by a grinding means hung down from the frame. CONSTITUTION:A repairing device 10 is positioned above the refractory trough 1 for blast furnace having almost U-shaped cross section astride the leg parts 12 of a frame 11, laid on the upper surfaces 5, 6 of the vertical wall parts 3, 4 at the right and the left sides of the trough 1. The vertical wall parts 3, 4 at the right and the left sides are held from the inner and the outer surface by the trough outer surface regulating means 31 and a trough inner surface pushing means 41 extended from the frame 11, respectively. Successively, the bottom surface 2 and the inner surfaces of the vertical wall parts 3, 4 of the trough 1 are ground by using the grinding means 21 hung down from the frame 11. At this time, when the grinding means 21 pushes the vertical wall parts 3, 4, force in the reverse direction of this pushing force is generated through the frame 11 and a lever 33 and the reverse directional force to pushes the vertical wall part 3, 4, and in consequence, the action force with the grinding means 21 is cancelled out through the vertical wall parts 3, 4 and the frame 11, and an excess bending stress to the trough 1 is not developed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently repair a branch part of a pipeline at a low cost without shutting off fluid flowing in the pipeline and without setting up a bypass line separately. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for repairing a pipeline by coating a repair band on a branch part of the pipeline. The repair band 3 comprises band pieces 4, 8 divided into at least two in a circumference direction. A branch pipe 6 capable of having a branch pipeline 2 inserted therein is formed on one of the band pieces 4, 8. The band piece 4 having the branch pipeline 2 inserted therein to form the branch pipe 6 is covered on outer circumference of the pipeline 1 and another band piece 8 is covered on a remaining part of the outer circumference of the pipeline 1. The band pieces 4, 8 are welded on the outer circumference of the pipeline 1 each other to form the repair band 3. The outer circumference of the pipeline 1, 2 covered with the repair band 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately measure the flow velocity of gas by a Pitot pipe even if generated gas is discharged in a turblance state, by using the Pitot pipe and a measuring jig. CONSTITUTION:Measuring openings 23, 24 provided to the leading ends of Pitot pipes 2, 3 are respectively opened upwardly and downwardly. A measuring container 5 consists of an upper cylinder 10 and a lower cylinder 11 so as to form a telescopic structure freely extensible and contractable in an up-and-down direction and is opened in an up-and-down direction. Flow distributing plates 6 have function for distributing a gas stream flowed into the container 5 and are arranged vertically in a crosswise pattern from a plan view in the lower part of the lower cylinder 11. Because the gas stream flowed into the container 5 is rectified by the flow straightening vane 6 and reaches the measuring openings 23, 24 of the Pitot pipes 2, 3, the flow velocity of the gas stream can be measured stably and accurately at a desired place by the Pitot pipes 2, 3.

The thick steel plate 3 is transferred by a roller 4, delivered to the secondary cooling device 2 and cooled respectively on its upper face by the cooling water flow from a pipe laminer nozzle 8 and on its lower face by the cooling water flow from a spray nozzle 10. In this case the temp. fall amount of the surface temp. of the thick steel plate 3 due to the slit jet cooling is taken >=100 deg.C.
