摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a groove profile, which can cope with various weld line shapes and long sizing of the weld line. SOLUTION: In a method in which a boom 2 extending in the weld line 23 direction is provided turnably and laterally movably in the groove width direction on a moving vehicle 1 and welding is performed while a welding machine 3 mounted at the tip part of the boom 2, is allowed to move on the surfaces of members to be welded, by oscillating two preceding and succeeding groove profile sensors 6a, 6b arranged in front of the welding machine 3 in the direction crossing the groove, a shift quantity in a position in the groove width direction and a shift angle in the proceeding direction of the welding machine, are detected, and the boom 2 is allowed to laterally move and turn in the groove width direction so that the detected shift quantity in a position and shift angle are corrected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate leakage of fuel gas and enhance the power generating efficiency by furnishing between separator a heat-resistant sealing member which enwraps a thermal expanding substance. CONSTITUTION:A fuel electrode 5a and an air electrode 5b are arranged oppositely while a solid electrolyte 4 is interposed, and a unitary cell is formed. Outside thereof a fuel gas passage 6a and an air passage 6b are furnished, and the cell is surrounded by separators 7a, 7b from both sides so that it is isolated from other cells situated closely. On the separator 7a side. a link-form groove 8 is provided in such a way that the air electrode 5a is surrounded with the surface of electrolyte 4 on its fuel electrode side. A tubing 2 is fitted in this groove 8, and body 2 is pressurized and deformed by pressurizing the separator 7a and electrolyte 4 to serve for power generation. The gas 3 encapsulated in the body 2 inflates when the fuel cell operating temp. is attained, and the pressure rises to generate acting from inside of the body 2. and the body 2 and electrolyte 4 are put in tight contact strongly to generate perfect gas seal, which ensures that the power generating efficiency is enhanced.

Furthermore, the four stacks serve as fuel and air supplying/discharging pipes. Consequently, a cost can be reduced with a simple constitution. Additionally, each area of the electrodes can be utilized effectively, and gas can uniformly be supplied to the cell.

CONSTITUTION:In a solid electrolyte type fuel cell comprising a solid electrolyte 1, an air electrode 2 and a fuel electrode 3, one side of a dense substrate comprising the same material as the fuel electrode 3 and having many through-holes is applied with the films of the fuel electrode 3, the solid electrolyte 1 and the air electrode 2 respectively in that order. As the substrate is manufactured according to the aforesaid process, the high strength and small thickness thereof can be ensured. Also, even for a large fuel cell, compact construction can be applied. In addition, the internal resistance of the fuel cell can be lowered and the conductivity thereof can be increased, thereby improving cell performance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cell equal to that of monolithic type by forming a solid electrolyte into a film on the waveform face of a burned body, and forming an interconnector on the plane portion of the burned body to manufacture cells, and stacking cells via a nickel felt. CONSTITUTION:An air electrode 1 made of lanthanum strontium mangan oxide is molded and burned. The electrode 1 is in the form of a porous flat plate, and has one face 3 shaped into a plane and the other face 2 shaped into waveform. And a gas passage 5 is formed which is open to that portion which is formed by the plane and the pointed portion 4 of the waveform. A solid electrolyte 6 is formed into a film on the waveform face 2, and a burning electrode 7 is formed into a film thereon, and an interconnector 8 is formed into a film on the plane 3, whereby a cell is obtained. The cell is laminated into plural steps via a nickel felt 9. Air (O) and a fuel (F) are forced to pass through the passage 5 and a space 10 defined by the electrode 1 and another cell, respectively, so that electric power is generated.
