摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block material to be installed under the sea water that can be constructed over a wide area of the sea that has been already attacked or has the anxiety of being attacked with rocky-shore denudation or the red tide and can manifest the effective preventive effect against rocky-shore denudation or red tide. SOLUTION: Granulated blast furnace slag obtained as a by-product in the steel production process has been found to be material having the extremely excellent leachability of silicate ion into water and the objective block material to be installed under the sea water characteristically includes the blast furnace granulated slag in an amount of >=50 mass %. This block material preferably includes fine particles o the granulated slag and/or a silica-including substance of >=40 mass % of SiO2 content and the total proportion of the slag particles and/or the silica-including substance is set to >=80 mass % in the whole binder materials. Particularly, the aggregate is constituted only with the blast furnace granulated slag and >=80 mass % of the binder is constituted with the granulated slag in a preferred embodiment.

Alternatively, the underwater structure or bottom material/water quality cleaning method is constituted in such a manner that in the above constitution, the averaged thickness of lower layer which consists of powder and granular material having large of internal friction is made >=10 cm and the averaged thickness of upper layer which contains mill slag is made >=5 cm.

摘要： PURPOSE:To economically raise the temperature of a cell by installing a combustor in which fuel gas is burned, and supplying its combustion exhausted gas to an air passage and a fuel passage in a solid electrolyte fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A combustor 3 having an ignition plug 2 which is ignited with a battery 1 is installed. Fuel gas F and combustion air A are supplied to the combustor 3, and they are burned by igniting with an ignition plug 2. Exhaust gas after combustion is supplied to an anode 7 and/or a cathode 8 of a solid electrolyte fuel cell 6 with an exhaust gas supply pipe through a filter 5 to raise the temperature of the cell 6. This power generating system can economically raise the temperature of the cell and is suitable for isolated island use or mobile use.

Thereby, extremely effective countermeasures for preventing the withered seashore or countermeasures for red tide or the creation of seaweed beds or the repair of the seaweed bed growing environment can be realized at a low cost. The method is characterized by installing the granulated blast furnace slag as a silicate ion releasing source in water.

The combustion gas generated in the combustor 8 is heat-exchanged with the reaction air with a heat exchanger 11 installed in the combustor 8 to preheat the reaction air. The temperature of the inside of the solid electrolyte type fuel cell 1 is raised with the preheated air at the starting time of operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a dense thin film of solid electrolyte on a sheet of porous substrate by disposing a sheet of a porous electrode with its sheet surface in clined, and depositing steam of solid electrolyte on one side of this sheet surface. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of porous electrode substrate 1 is held with its sheet surface 2 inclined, and a heat container 4 containing material 3 of solid electro lyte is disposed under the substrate 1. The material 3 of solid electrolyte is then heated by the heat container 4 to produce steam 5 of solid electrolyte, and this steam 5 is deposited on the underside of the porous electrode substrate 1, so that a thin film 6 of solid electrolyte is formed. The dense thin film 6 can thus be obtained because the steam 5 of solid electrolyte is not allowed to penetrate into pores opening in the surface of the sheet 1 of porous electrode substrate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a cell equal to that of monolithic type by forming a solid electrolyte into a film on the waveform face of a burned body, and forming an interconnector on the plane portion of the burned body to manufacture cells, and stacking cells via a nickel felt. CONSTITUTION:An air electrode 1 made of lanthanum strontium mangan oxide is molded and burned. The electrode 1 is in the form of a porous flat plate, and has one face 3 shaped into a plane and the other face 2 shaped into waveform. And a gas passage 5 is formed which is open to that portion which is formed by the plane and the pointed portion 4 of the waveform. A solid electrolyte 6 is formed into a film on the waveform face 2, and a burning electrode 7 is formed into a film thereon, and an interconnector 8 is formed into a film on the plane 3, whereby a cell is obtained. The cell is laminated into plural steps via a nickel felt 9. Air (O) and a fuel (F) are forced to pass through the passage 5 and a space 10 defined by the electrode 1 and another cell, respectively, so that electric power is generated.
