摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a pitting corrosion resistance and a low temp. toughness of a welded part by using a two-phase stainless steel as a base material, subjecting a steel pipe specified in seam-welded metal to solid-solution treatment and specifying ferritic ratio in the welding metal. CONSTITUTION:The two-phase stainless steel regulated by ASTM A790 UNS No. S31803 is used for the base material and the composition of the seam-welded metal contains =35% PRE value shown with Cr%+3.3Mo%+16N%. The whole steel pipe is subjected to solid solution heat treatment at 1000-1100 deg.C, and the ferritic ratio of the welding metal is defined as 30-55%. By this method, and two-phase stainless steel welded plate having excellent low temp. toughness and corrosion resistance is produced.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a process for efficient production of a clad welded steel pipe having decreased defects. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing the clad welded steel pipe by working a clad steel plate to a pipe stock shape and welding a base metal part of carbon steel, etc., and a clad metal part of a high alloy, etc., to the pipe stock, in which method the welding on the clad metal part side of the base metal part is executed by using a flux having a groove angle of 90 to 120 deg. and bulk density of and by a submerged arc welding method specifying the welding speed, welding current value and welding voltage to optimum ranges according to the number of electrodes. As a result, smooth and good weld beads free from slag inclusion are obtd. without inducing the contamination of the base metal part and the clad metal parts with each other at the time of welding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make edge preparation in a complicated shape by conducting the edge preparation work in such a procedure as setting a grinding wheel vertically, advancing the grinding wheel while the surface to be ground is inclined to the repair welding line, nullifying the inclination gradually in the neighborhood of the finish point, inclining gradually to the opposite side at the time of retreating, and performing the same operation in the neighborhood of the beginning point in the same manner as at the finish point. CONSTITUTION:The procedures for edge preparation of the part to be subjected to a repair welding operation consist of setting a grinding wheel vertically to the welding surface, advancing the grinding stone along the welding line in the condition that the grinding surface of the stone is inclined to the grinding line, and nullifying the grinding wheel inclination gradually when it comes near the finish point of repairing. At the time of retreating, the grinding wheel is inclined gradually to the opposite side to at advancing, and when it comes near the beginning point of edge preparation, the same procedure is taken as at the finish point. Thus the edge preparation of the repair welding part is conducted. Thereby the section of the edge prepared part is given a V form, wherein a mild curve is generated at the bottom of the edge prepared part while the longitudinal section is given a boat form.

A first electrode 6 is set with a contact part (the secondary groove part 5a) of the cold wire 4 with the plate 1 as the target position, and the second electrode 7 is set with a contact part (the secondary groove part 5b) of the cold wire 4 with the plate 2 as the target position.

The cut wire is filled so that the maximum width in the direction orthogonal to the weld seam of the region where the filled cut wire is present is 5 to 15mm.

The part to execute the repair welding is provided with a welding part elevating mechanism 51 which is provided at the other tip of the rod, and elevates a torch 9a.
