摘要： PURPOSE:To hold corrosion resistance and to suppress the propagation of bacteria by forming the second protective layer formed from a film of an antibacterial/antifungal agent precipitated through the chemical bond to a metal component to the first protective layer formed to the surface of an aluminum matrix material forming fins. CONSTITUTION:After a chemical forming film 8 (first protective layer) is applied to a heat exchanger made of aluminum, an antibacterial/antifungal agent film 9 (second protective layer) is formed to the chemical forming film 8 formed on an aluminum matrix material 7 forming at least fins 2 among a tube 1 and the fins. The antibacterial/antifungal agent has effect for bacteria propagat ing in the heat exchanger and dissolves in an acidic solution, pref. an aqueous solution whose pH is adjusted to 3-6 by phosphoric acid and the heat exchanger is immersed in a nylon aqueous solution containing said antibacterial/antifungal agent and dried to form a film containing the antibacterial/antifungal agent is selected from one uniformly dissolved in an acidic solution but insolubilized by a polyvalent metal ion to precipitate in order to strongly bond the same to the chemical forming film.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the contact between water and an aluminum body material and prolong the corrosion resistance life, by forming a zinc-diffused layer on the inner surface of a tube made of aluminum, together with a water resistant resin film thereon. CONSTITUTION:On the inner surface of a tube 1 made of aluminum, a zinc-diffused layer 12 is formed whose diffusion depth into the aluminum body material is the order of more than 10mu. On said diffued layer 12, a water resistant resin film 13, such as vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like having a film thickness of more than 3mu is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance and hydrophilic property of the aluminum heat exchanger without generating scattering of minute particles with the passage of time by forming a portion consisting of a compound having silanol radicals and polysaccharides having alpha-1,6 couplings of maltotriose, on the surface of aluminum forming tubes and fins. CONSTITUTION:Fins and tubes which are made of aluminum and assembled are integrally brazed to form an assembly. The assembly is then subjected to a forming treatment or an alumite treatment, and successively a coat made of a compound having silanol radicals and polysaccharides consisting of alpha-1,6 couplings is formed on the surface of fins 2. Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the heat exchanger other than fins 2 are not required to have wettability not so much as the fins 2. However, it is desirable that they conduct similar film formation as the fins 2. The temperature of an aqueous bath containing polysaccharides consisting of the compound having silanol radicals and alpha-1,6 couplings of maltotriose is generally in the range of ordinary temperature to 80 deg.C. The dipping time is generally 10sec-3min in a heat exchange for use in a car air conditioner. After the dipping, baking is carried out at a temperature of 80-200 deg.C in a hot air flow drying furnace to complete a coat.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the heat exchanger made of aluminum, in which the anticorrosion and hydrophilic nature of metallic surface of aluminum matrix are improved, and the manufacturing method thereof by a method wherein the heat exchanger is provided with a chemically formed film, formed on the metallic surface of the aluminum matrix forming tubes and fins, and a resin film, formed on the chemically formed film and consisting of an organic macromolecular material, showing cationic property in water solution. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger made of aluminum is manufactured by a method wherein the tubes 1 and the fins 2, which are formed by aluminum, are assembled integrally, the exchanger assembly is dipped into chemically formed film treatment to coat the same thereon and form the chemically formed film on the metallic surface of aluminum matrix of the tubes 1 and the fins 2. The heat exchanger assembly, on which the chemically formed film is formed, is dipped into the water solution of the organic macromolucular material showing cationic property in the water solution to coat and form the resin film, consisting of the organic macromolecular material, on the chemically formed film. The film-forming method, including chromic acid mainly, is the optimal in order to form a film prominent in anticorrosion and treat all of the inner parts of the heat exchanger, having complicated configuration, uniformly.

CONSTITUTION:A resin film is provided on the surface of an aluminum plate by applying an aqueous solution containing as a main constituent an organic high molecular weight material showing a cationic property in aqueous solutions, thereby producing an aluminum base for planography. The aluminum preferably has a surface previously subjected to mechanical graining, anodizing or a chemical conversion treatment to enhance adhesion of the resin film thereto. A organic high-molecular weight resin to be used as the organic high-molecular weight material comprises, as a main constituent, a high molecular weight resin having a multiplicity of amino groups (-NR2, wherein R is H, Oh or an alkyl) in the molecule thereof. Among the resins, those which give a particularly favorable result include a water-soluble polyamide resin and a cationic acrylic resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of fine powder due to aging and improve the anticorrosion as well as the hydrophilic nature of the metallic surface of an aluminum matrix by a method wherein part or the whole of the surface of aluminum, which forms tubes and fins, is coated with a specified film. CONSTITUTION:Incorporated members of a heat exchanger, such as tubes 1, fins 2 and the like, are washed in washing process to remove brazing material or the like, thereafter, the dipped into a formation bath or alumite processing bath and, subsequently, are dipped into an aqueous bath, containing a compound including silanol group and polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The concentration of the compound including silanol group in the aqueous solution is 1-10wt% in general while the concentration of the polyvinyl pyrrolidone in the same solution is 1-20wt% in general. The formation of a film is different depending on the use of the heat exchanger, however, it is preferable to be 0.2-2.0g/m , for example, for the use of motorcars. Dipping and coating are effected in such a manner, then, baking is effected in a hot-air drying furnace, whereby the heat exchanger is completed. According to this method, a film may be formed uniformly on the inner part of the heat exchanger with a complicated configuration.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the hydrophilic property of metal surface, by forming a known thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film over the metallic surface of heat exchanger, and then heat-drying hydrophilic solid micro-grains over the film for securing. CONSTITUTION:After a thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film is formed over the metallic film of heat exchanger for improving its anti-corrosive property, hydrophilic solid micro-grains such as, for example, a silica micro-grain, an alumina micro-grain and a potassium calcium carbonate micro-grain are coated over the film. Then, the thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film is heated and dried at a temperature above its softening point. A solid micro-grain is thus implanted for securing in the thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film, and thereby improving its hydrophilic property.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a chromate chemical forming coating excellent in corrosion resistance and wettability by water, by treating the surface of Al(alloy) by using a chromic acid type chemical forming treating liquid in which silicic anhydride particles having a high MW are suspended without applying any post-treatment after surface treatment. CONSTITUTION:As a chromic acid type chemical forming treating liquid, for example, an alkali-chromate type chemical forming treating liquid containing 2-5% Na2CO3 and 0.5-2.5% Na2CrO4 and having about 0.01% water glass added thereto is prepared. In the next stage, high molecular silicic anhydride particles with a particle size of 1mu or less are added to and suspended in the resulting treating liquid in a range of 0.1-50g/l. Subsequently, Al or an Al alloy is contacted with the obtained suspension by an immersion method to form a chromate coating excellent in corrosion resistance and wettability by water.
