摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of white rust and improve the hydrophilic property of surface of aluminum heat exchanger, by forming a chemical film such as an anodic oxidation film and a chromate etc., and an anti-corrosive type surface treatment film such as a high-polymeric resin film and the like over the surface and subsequently applying a suspension liquid including an alumina micro-grain. CONSTITUTION:A chemical film such as an anodic oxidation film and a chromate etc., and an anti-corrosive type surface treatment film such as a high- polymeric resin film and the like are formed over the surface of aluminum heat exchanger. Subsequently, a suspended water solution including an alumina micro- grain is coated over the surface of heat exchanger. While the anti-corrosive surface treatment film formed over the surface serves to produce an anti-corrosive property, the film of alumina micro-grain which is formed by the coat of suspended water solution including an alumina micro-grain acts to provide a durable hydrophilic surface which is less subject to be washed away by water and the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a hydrophilic surface with a superior bonding property, by treating the surface of heat exhanger such that a known anti-corrosive film is formed over the metallic surface of heat exchanger and a solution is coated over the surface, the solution encluding a substance for softening or dissolving the film of high polemeric resin and a hydrophillic micro-particles of solid. CONSTITUTION:The film of high polymeric resin is formed over the metallic surface of heat exchanger for improving the anti-corrosive property. Then, a substance for softening the film of high polymeric resin such as, for example, fatty hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alkyl hydrocarbons and alcohols etc., is used to secure solid micro-particles such as, for example, silica micropowders, alumina micropowders and potassium carbonate micropowders etc., over a high polymeric resin film. A hydrophilic surface with an anti-corrosive property can thus be provided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To properly and highly-precisely maintain and control the performance of surface regulating liquid for chemical conversion treatment of a coated film by phosphate by performing the control and management thereof so that the average particle diameter of titanium colloid contained in the above-mentioned surface regulating liquid is regulated within the previously decided range. CONSTITUTION:In a time for preparing surface regulating liquid for chemical conversion treatment of a coated film by phosphate wherein titanium colloid is incorporated as an essential material, titanium content and pH are controlled, and furthermore in case titanium content and pH are made to the outside of the prescribed controlling range during processing operation, these are regulated by adding titanium compd. and a pH regulator or the like. In addition to the above controlling method, the average particle diameter of titanium colloid contained in the surface regulating liquid is measured and this average particle diameter is controlled and managed so that it is regulated within the previously decided range so as to exhibit the regulating function of the surface regulating liquid. The above-mentioned method is preferably performed by discarding the surface regulating liquid from its housing vessel partially and practically continuously to renew it.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the hydrophilic property of metal surface, by forming a known thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film over the metallic surface of heat exchanger, and then heat-drying hydrophilic solid micro-grains over the film for securing. CONSTITUTION:After a thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film is formed over the metallic film of heat exchanger for improving its anti-corrosive property, hydrophilic solid micro-grains such as, for example, a silica micro-grain, an alumina micro-grain and a potassium calcium carbonate micro-grain are coated over the film. Then, the thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film is heated and dried at a temperature above its softening point. A solid micro-grain is thus implanted for securing in the thermoplastic high-polymeric resin film, and thereby improving its hydrophilic property.
