摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network charging management device capable of executing the management of charging, the regulation of transmission, the visual check of current accumulated charging information, and the generation of warning when a charging amount exceeds an estimated amount independently of the specifications of an ISDN communication terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A call control part 2 always monitors signals on an ISDN user home line 33, a charging information extraction part 3 extracts charging information from a call control information cut off message and its release message outputted from a subscriber's exchange, a charging information addition part 4 adds and accumulates the charging information in each extraction, displays the accumulated value on a charging display part 6 and outputs the accumulated value also to a limiter control part 5, and when the charging information exceeds a limit amount, the control part 5 turns on a lamp 7 and outputs an abnormal charging signal to the control part 2. When transmission operation is generated after receiving the abnormal charging signal from the control part 5, the control part 2 cancels a call setting message and sends a release completion message to an ISDN terminal executing the transmission operation to regulate the transmission.
