    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the driving time by a storage battery while maintaining the display capability of the min. extent of a liquid crystal color display. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal color display to which this system is applied is constituted to be driven by a liquid crystal driving circuit for R operated by an element operation signal for red R, a liquid crystal driving circuit 9 for B operated by an element operation signal for B, and a liquid crystal driving circuit 10 for G operated by an element operation signal for G. In such a case, the display includes an electric power consumption suppression circuit 2 consisting of an instruction circuit 13 for outputting a circuit power source control signal, power source control signal for backlight, color signal synthesis instruction signal and switching signal in accordance with an electric power consumption suppression instruction signal, a switching circuit 6 for executing switching operation by this switching signal and a color signal synthesizing circuit 14 for outputting the synthesis signal forming a monochromatic video signal by synthesizing the liquid crystal element operation signals for R, G and B inputted by switching of this switching circuit 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN security device which is mounted on a computer connected to a LAN and easily realizes data security. SOLUTION: A data dividing circuit 3 decomposes data 14 from a computer 34 into an address part and a data part, a data compression circuit 4 compresses and combines the data part, further, a scramble processing part 6 converts it into confidential data to be transmitted 19 that is made secret and a data synthesizing circuit 7 resynthesizes it as packet data 22 that is sent to a LAN. A data dividing circuit 9 decomposes the data 22 inputted from the LAN 35 into an address part and a data part, a restoring part 10 restores received scrambled confidential data 24, a data decompression circuit 12 decompresses compressed data 26 into decompression completed data 2 in an original form after decomposing combined compressed data 25 and a conversed data synthesizing circuit 13 resynthesizes it as data 14 that is outputted to the computer 34.

SOLUTION: An article optimum delivery system is provided with a first input device 1 in which the names of customers, the names and numbers of goods, and the due dates of delivery as the goods information requested by customers, a second input device 2 in which delivery instructions are input, an output device 3 for outputting the information on the delivery traders determined as the optimum delivery means capable of delivering the goods to be supplied to a customer at the lowest price, and an external memory 5 in which various information data bases are stored; and on the basis of the information sent from the information data base stored in the external memory 5, the goods information requested by a customer that has been sent from the first input device 1, and the information on the delivering instruction sent from the second input device, the contents of orders are sorted, and the warehouse is determined in accordance with the storage condition of the goods requested to be delivered, and the lowest delivery company is selected out of the delivery companies registered to the warehouse, and the optimum delivery instruction signal including the data signal of the calculated delivery charge is output toward the output device.
