    • PURPOSE:To safely break the feeder of the casting at the pouring portion with light works of a small number of persons by carrying and operating the device comprising housing a truck and ancillary equipment into a body and integrating these to the position of feeding. CONSTITUTION:A device body 1 is carried to a desired place by a crane or the like and a feeder 9 is inserted into the opening 20 of the body substrate 2 and is placed on a sand mold 21 of casting 10. At this time, the truck 3 which has traveling wheels 11 and guide side rollers 12 and is movable forward and backward with the substrate 2 being faced to the opening 20 is in the retreated position. After this, remote operation is feasible. The truck 3 is moved forward by sending the air compressed with a compressor 16 to a bellows 8 from a storage tank 6 and the hammer 5 provided to the truck by being faced to the opening 20 is pushed onto the feeder 9. When it is pushed under the specified pressure, a vibrator 4 operates and the hammer 5 vibrates to give impact to the fedder 9, whereby the feeder is broken. The reaction at the striking of the hammer is received by the gravity of the body and the spike 19 of the substrate bottom face. The retreating of the truck is accomplished by sending air to a bellows 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting apparatus and method capable of perfectly sorting and removing substances to be sorted, for example, aluminium chips and other foreign matter from a material to be sorted, for example, an raw material to be sorted, which is obtained by coarsely crushing aluminium empty cans by utilizing specific gravity difference to make it possible to repeatedly recycle the raw material to be sorted, for example, aluminum empty cans, a punching vibration plate used in the sorting apparatus and an apparatus and method for regenerating an aluminum can utilizing the sorting apparatus. SOLUTION: A sorting moving floor is obliquely attached on the base frame disposed on a base stand and air sent by the blowing means arranged under the sorting moving floor is blown up to the surface of the sorting moving floor and a raw material to be sorted is charged on the surface of the sorting moving floor and foregin matter high in specific gravity is separated and moved toward the upper end of the moving floor while a substance to be sorted low in specific gravity is separated and moved toward the lower end thereof to sort the substance to be sorted and foreign matter other than the substance to be sorted. In this case, a punching vibration plate having a large number of vent holes 58a fitted thereto is used in the sorting moving floor 58.

    • PURPOSE:To remove the sprues and ingates of castings safely in a short time with less number of persons and light works through remote operation by holding the sprues and ingates with the vibro hammer suspended vertically, transversely and longitudinally and turnably and letting the same excite. CONSTITUTION:A vibro hammer 1 has an excitor 1a and an impact hand 1b. The leading end part 1c of the latter is of the key shape which gives impact sufficiently to the sprue or ingate to be broken and holds this without disengaging. It is interchangeable according to the shape of the impact part. A guide 2 is mounted to this and the impact part is held between both by operation of a fluid pressure cylinder. The hammer 1 is suspended to the first saddle 5 by way of an impact absorbing damper 4 and further this is suspended to the second saddle 6 by way of a hoist 8 or the like. The second saddle 6 is suspended movably to the two parallel beams 12a of the mounting table 12 pivotally fitted to the building by means of the fulcrum shaft 12b which is horizontally slewed by a fluid pressure cylinder 13. The leading end part 1c conforming to the impact part shape is mounted to this device and if the hammer is moved and positioned and is operated with the impact part being held thereby through remote operation, then the sprue or ingate is readily broken.
