    • PURPOSE:To suppress the noise of a supercharger during driving by forming the teeth of rotors in such a shape that the tooth faces of the teeth of two rotors are not brought into contact with each other on the side of a closed-in part formed from contact points at the time of the tooth of one rotor being placed on the centerline of two rotors. CONSTITUTION:In the state of the tooth 7 of a rotor 6 being positioned on the centerline Y-Y of two rotors 6, 10 and brought into contact with the teeth 11, 12 of the rotor 10 at contact points C1, C2 on action lines M, N, the tooth faces 11b, 12b of teeth 11, 12 and a tooth root face 14 between these on the side of a closed-in part 15 formed from the contact points C1, C2 are formed into recessed shape compared to the existing faces so as not to be brought into contact with the tooth faces 7a, 7a of the tooth 7. This shape is applied to all teeth 7-9, 11-13 and the tooth root face. This eliminates the compression- expansion phenomenon by sealing air into a closed-in part 15 where volume decrease-increase is repeated, and thereby reduces noise.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the acceleration performance by installing a combustion pressure correcting mechanism which increases and reduces the capacity of a fuel chamber according to the operation state of an engine. CONSTITUTION:The negative pressure in a negative pressure chamber 18 which corresponds to the venturi negative pressure is amplified by two disphragms 17 and 19, and reversed to a positive pressure, and the combustion pressure in a fuel chamber 16 is adjusted, and the control to the proper fuel corresponding to the venturi negative pressure is performed. A driving signal is sent from an electronic controller 27 to the actuator 25 of a combustion pressure correcting mechanism 14 on the basis of the information of the intake air quantity, oxygen concentration in exhaust, throttle valve opening deree, engine revolution speed, etc., and the capacity of the fuel chamber 16 is varied by moving a piston 22 in rectilinear reciprocation, and the combustion pressure is directly adjusted, and the feedback control to a thoretical air-fuel ratio is carried out, and the correction to each demanded air fuel ratio is performed in the transient operation region, e.g., on start, in deceleraton, sharp acceleration, or in high load operation.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce power comsumption, vibration and noise, by driving an air pump, which generates pressurized air, through an electric motor and constituting a device of the electric motor driven pump, drivably and stoppably constituted in suitable time, and a pulse pump driven by a pressure pulse in an engine. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor driven pump 30, constituting an air pump 8, is operated an stopped by an output signal from a control unit 28, and when an engine is started, the electric motor driven pump 30 is driven thereafter stopped, and a device is constituted such that pressurized air is fed only by a pulse pump 31 formed in integral construction with the electric motor driven pump 30 and driven by a pressure pulse of the engine. While the device is constituted so that the electric motor driven pump 30 is driven also in a trouble of the pulse pump 31. The control unit 28 controls the above action similarly to a solenoid valve 15 by detecting an opening of a throttle valve 5, intake pipe negative pressure and an engine speed. By the above constitution, the engine can reduce not only power consumption but also vibration and noise due to the electric motor driven pump 30 while sufficiently ensure a necessary injection amount of the pressurized air when the engine is started.

    • PURPOSE:To check a pressure variation inside a fuel chamber as well as to raise control accuracy in a fuel controller, by amplifying Venturi suction pressure to be produced in conformity with a suction air quantity, while interconnecting the fuel chamber of the fuel controller, regulating the fuel pressure, to a suction pressure generating part of a circulating passage with an escape passage. CONSTITUTION:In case of a fuel regulator 17 which takes out suction pressure out of each Venturi tubes 3 and 4 at the upstream side of a throttle valve 5 in a suction passage 2 and feeds fuel jettingly out of an injector 22 at the fuel pressure commensurate to a suction air quantity, a circulating passage 23 ranging from a fuel pump 7 to a fuel tank 6 via an orifice 26 is installed in the said regulator 17. A suction pressure generating part 24 is installed in the point midway in the circulating passage 23, while an interval between the generating part 24 and the upper part of a fuel chamber 9 is interconnected through an escape passage 27. With this constitution, even if fuel bubbles are stored inside the fuel chamber 9 and fuel vapor occurs as well as discharge flow of the fuel pump 7 varies, a pressure variation inside the fuel chamber 9 is reduced owing to a regulating function of the passage 23, thus constant fuel injection feed is made performable.

    • PURPOSE:To improve reliability in actuation, by installing each solenoid valve in an atmospheric passage, opening a venturi vacuum passage to the atmosphere, and the pressure air passage connected to a regulating chamber of a fuel regulator, controlling these solenoid valves, and having the fuel regulator operated so as to become a theoretical air-fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:In case of a device which sprays such fuel that is pressure- regulated by what an opening area of a fuel passage at the discharge side of a fuel pump 8 to be driven by a prime mover 7 is controlled by a control valve 23 of a fuel regulator 13 to a suction passage 2 from an injector 11, there is provided with an atmospheric passage 36 which opens a venturi vacuum passage 24, leading venturi vacuum to a vacuum chamber 18 of the fuel regulator 13, to the atmosphere. Also, there is provided with a pressure air passage 33 which connects a regulating chamber 20 of the fuel regulator 13 to the discharge side of an air pump 9 to be driven the prime mover 7. And, each of solenoid valves 37 and 35 is installed in these passages 36 and 33, and these solenoid valves 37 and 35 are controlled to make them operate the fuel regulator 13 to as to become a theoretical air-fuel ratio by a control unit 38 on the basis of an output signal out of an oxygen sensor.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to supply a required quantity of air or air-fuel mixture correctly according to the operational conditions of an engine, by making the pressure of pressurized air act or an open/close valve by controlling the pressure of pressurized air according to the operational conditions of the engine, and supplying air or the like to an intake passage on the downstream side of a throttle valve at the rate corresponding to the opening of said open/close valve. CONSTITUTION:In ordinary operation of an engine, a control valve 17 is opened and pressurized air is always introduced into a control chamber 11. Thus, since a diaphragm 10 is deflected toward an atmospheric chamber 12, an open/close valve 5 is kept closed. At the time of starting, decelerating an engine and at the time of idling operation of the engine, an output signal corresponding to respective operational conditions of the engine is applied to a solenoid 20 to close the control valve 17 continuously for a certan while or to open and close the same by a prescribed duty ratio. By thus interrupting supply of pressurized air to the control chamber 11 via a pressurized- air passage 15 and releasing pressurized air from an exhaust port 16, pressure of pressurized air in the control chamber 11 is reduced. Thus, since the diaphragm 10 is moved to the position where it is balanced with the force of a spring 13, the open/ close valve 5 is opened.
