摘要： PURPOSE:To have an uncomplicated way of dressing a grinding wheel with super abrasive grain by allowing a dressor, whose tip is provided with a grinding liquid supply hole and an exhaust groove, to have contact with the grinding wheel and by supplying a grinding liquid containing abrasive grain. CONSTITUTION:The body 6 of dressor is coupled with a shank 8, and the foremost part is provided with a correction end-face 10 consisting of diamond dust sintered with metal bond. The shank 8 and dressor body 6 are provided with a supply hole 9 for the grinding liquid which is open at the correction end-face 10. This end face 10 is also equipped with a radially oriented exhaust groove 11 for grinding liquid. This dressor is mounted on a moving arm 12 put in contact normally with the grinding face of the grinding wheel 5 to supply the grinding liquid containing abrasive grain through a piping 13. By dressing in such a way, correction of grinder wheels with super abrasive grain such as diamond and CBN can be easily made.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly feed the stripped materials one by one seriatim on the electromagnetic attractive plane in such a way that in a structure to feed stripped materials to electromagnetic attraction, the feeding opening end of a feed chute is fixed through a vibration buffer member which is made of resilient material. CONSTITUTION:When a feed chute 5 is vibrated in the direction as shown by an arrow, a group of stripped works 3 are fed successively toward an attractive plane 7 by mutual action of weight of the stripped works 3 themselves and of tilting of the feed chute 5. Since the feeding opening end 8 of the feed chute 5 is fixed at the position with eccentricity, and it is fixed through a vibration buffer member 12, it results in being vibration mode which is different from vibration mode which is made by a vibrator. In result, since in proportion as it becomes farther than the feeding opening end 8, thrust of the stripped works 3 in the direction of the feed chute is synergistically reduced, and frictional resistance in which the stripped works 3 are mutually worked in the propinquity to the feeding opening end 8 is decreased, they are attracted one by one to the attractive plane 7.
