    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating gun cleaning device which can clean the apex surface of a coating gun easily and efficiently without distorting the internal components of the coating gun for manual operation. SOLUTION: This coating gun cleaning device 10 operates to actuate a discharge pipe for atomization 50 and a discharge pipe for drying 53 to discharge a high pressure gas toward the apex surface 90T of a coating gun 90 from a direction crossing the axial direction of a coating material ejection nozzle 90A. Therefore, the coating gun 90 is not pushed in a direction where it is separated from a cleaning container 15 by a high pressure gas as seen conventionally. Neither is there any possibility that the components inside the coating material ejection nozzle 90A of the coating gun 90 would be distorted. Thus, it is possible to increase the pressure of a high pressure gas and enhance the cleaning efficiency. That is, this coating gun cleaning device 10 can achieve the easy and efficient cleaning of the apex surface 90T of the coating gun 90 without distorting the internal component of the coating gun 90 for manual operation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that one of the problems of an existing coating booth system is caused by circulation water interposed for recovering scattered mist and though there is a dry scattered mist recovery system for collecting the scattered mist in a dry state where the circulation water is not used in order to suppress a running cost and to reduce the environmental load, it has defects that recovery ability is low and complicated maintenance is required to stabilize the function.
      SOLUTION: The dry scattered mist recovery system collects large sized mist by a collision type gas-liquid separation means in a former stage and small sized mist by a filtration type gas-liquid separation means in a latter stage. The former stage comprises a discharged air accelerating means for accelerating discharge speed, the collision type gas-liquid separation means for collecting the large sized mist while facing the discharged air stream, a separated liquid collecting means for collecting a separated coating liquid, and a collision type gas-liquid separation housing including these means. The arrangement or the shape of these means are examined and an optimum condition to enhance the collection efficiency is selected.
