摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper mechanism for a hanging rope member of gondola device, which operates certainly when the cage is landing while the configuration remains simple and can prevent the rope member from slacking. SOLUTION: A stopper mechanism 40 is composed of a weight roller 45 supported swingably by an arm plate 42, a gear bracket 41G fixed centering on the pivot 43 of the arm plate 42, a gear 53 which is supported rotatably by the arm plate 42 and meshes with the gear bracket 41G, and a roller part 51 installed on the gear 53 in an eccentric condition, wherein the weight roller 45 is supported in the condition placed on a wire rope 23 to admit free movement of wire rope 23 in the condition that a tension is given to the wire rope, and when it 23 slackens, the roller part 51 rotates with swinging of the weight roller 45 by its own weight so as to pinch the wire rope 23 to generate fixation so that no movement can be made.

Air in continuous space between the suction structure body 22 and the suction structure body 21 is exhausted by the suction blower 12 to create negative pressure in the suction device body 20, so that the suction device body 20 is sucked to an installation face 1 through the suction seal 11, and the suction structure body 22 is relatively displaced onto the suction structure body 21 side, and the moving device 40 is pressure- fitted to the installation face 1.

SOLUTION: Moving crawler mechanisms 60 having suction type endless belts 70 are provided on both the right and left sides of a frame 51, and cleaning heads 10 are fitted at the upper and lower ends to form a wall face cleaning device 40. The wall face cleaning device 40 is suspended by a wire rope 52, the endless belts 70 are driven by a motor 66, and a wall face 1 is cleaned by the cleaning heads 10 while the wall face cleaning device 40 is vertically moved. The endless belts 70 are circulatively driven, the air in suction chambers is sucked, and the belts 70 are closely stuck to the wall face 1 so that the wall face cleaning device 40 is not separated. The sticking force is not reduced even if there are irregularities on the wall face 1. The separation of the device 40 by reaction at the time of the work is prevented. Defective suction is prevented, and the wall face 1 can be stably cleaned.
