The pair of the rollers are rotated in a state that the organic PTC sheet is pressed by the hot plate, thereby continuously peeling the metal foil and feeding the organic PTC sheet.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sound-absorbing material used for a railway track, having a good sound-absorbing performance in a wide frequency range and further having large strength, good weather resistance and good durability enabling to use the sound-absorbing material on outdoor for a long period at a low cost by binding inorganic granules and a reinforcing fiber material with an organic binder and subsequently molding the bound product so as to give a porous molded product. SOLUTION: This sound-absorbing material for railway tracks comprises the porous molded product of an inorganic granules bound with an organic binder and containing a reinforcing fiber material. The inorganic granules comprise the ground products of silica, glass, pottery, gravel, etc., and preferably has an average granule diameter of 0.5-3 mm. The employment of recycled aggregate obtained by grinding the incineration residues of wastes and subsequently classifying the ground residues enables to reduce the cost for producing the sound-absorbing material. The organic binder includes an epoxy resin and a phenolic resin, and the addition of a light-shading inorganic pigment and a silane coupling agent enables to improve the weather resistance of the sound- absorbing material.
