摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a winding shaft over an entire length and reduce the diameter thereof by rotatably holding the winding shaft in a groove formed on a storage case, together with a sheet wound around the winding shaft. SOLUTION: A winding shaft 3 is laid at the upper part of the opening of a building, and used to wind vin and out a sheet having a seat plate 7 at the forward end as a weight, thereby opening and closing the opening of the building. The winding shaft 3 is fitted and rotatably supported into a groove 8 formed on the bottom of a storage case, together with the wound sheet. Furthermore, the winding shaft 3 is connected to a drive motor 6 via a chain, and a deflection preventing tensioner is used for coping with the fluctuation of the center axis 12 of the winding shaft 3. In this case, the groove 8 is formed out of a bottom piece 9 having a low frictional surface layer 14, a forward inclination piece 10 and a backward inclination piece 11. Also, the storage case is suspended via a hanger bolt for preventing the deflection thereof. As a result, the winding shaft 3 can be held with the groove 8 over the entire length and the diameter of the shaft 3 can be made small.

When the shutter 3 is positioned on the upper limit and in the perfect opening state, the shutter 4 is brought down, but the shutter 4 is elevated so as to open when either one of sensors 18a, 18b on the outside or the inside detects a person or a vehicle entering the opening part 1.
