    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unncessitate an equipment such as a large scale of change-over switch, etc., and also to prevent exchange service from being interrupted in a method for exchanging the containing of a specified module in an exchange node to another exchange node. SOLUTION: The exchange node N is constituted of more than one exchange module CHM arranged in a remote place or inside a station and in-module connecting mechanism IMC mutually connecting the respective exchange modules. When the specified exchange module is containing-changed to another exchange node in the change node N, the specified change module CHM is line-connected doubly to module connecting mechanism IMC or the exchange module CHM of the original exchange node N and the exchange node N of a containing change destination. Then, the route translating table of the specified exchange module, the route translating table of the whole exchange modules of the containing change destination, the route translating table of another exchange node and the route translating table of the whole exchange modules in the original exchange node are respectively updated from data before containing change to new data after containing change in order. Thus, the line between the specified exchange module and the original exchange node is removed.

CONSTITUTION:Each unit mechanism 100 is provided with a composite cell assembling means 101, which synthesizes plural information destines for the same unit mechanism inputted from plural prescribed channels and adds destination information to assemble a composite cell and sends it to a coupling mechanism 200, and a composite cell decomposing means 102 which separates the reception composite cell into plural prescribed information to perform the reception processing, and each coupling mechanism is provided with a header conversion means 201, which generates route information from destination information of the composite cell sent from the unit mechanism and converts destination information to a transmission source information to transmit it to a cell switch, and a cell switch 202 which transmits the composite cell transmitted from the header conversion means to the destination unit mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently operate a communication resource without setting a class as required or over by setting a range of quality on request belonging to a call in which a predicted traffic is in existence depending on a threshold level. CONSTITUTION:A quality on request applied to a communication system is received by a caller reception section 3 when a terminal equipment 1 makes dialing, a reception discrimination section 4 makes class discrimination according to the quality on request and implements reception discrimination depending on communication resource of a class dependent communication resource management section 5 and connection call information of a class dependent connection call management section 6. Cell delay quality, cell abort quality and a call loss rate are used to warrant the quality equal to all calls and the quality on request by the call is a maximum speed/mean speed. A traffic distribution warranting the quality on request is obtained based on an estimated traffic by using past statistic traffic information and deduction function. Then a threshold level being a 0 or over is provided to the call traffic and a class is set to the quality on request being traffic in excess of the threshold level.
