    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board including a narrow and thick wiring electrode whose cross-sectional shape has a desired aspect ratio, and a manufacturing method of the wiring board.SOLUTION: A wiring board 10 according to the invention comprises an insulation substrate 12 and wiring electrodes 22 on the insulation substrate 12. A protective film 14 is formed on the insulation substrate 12, wiring pattern grooves 18 each with a width equal to or smaller than the thickness of the protective film 14 are formed on the protective film 14 by irradiation with laser light 16, and a conductive paste 20 is embedded into the wiring pattern grooves 18 to form coating films of the conductive paste 20. Then, the protective film 14 formed on the insulation substrate 12 is removed, whereby the wiring board 10 with the wiring electrodes 22 with a desired aspect ratio formed on the insulation substrate 12 can be obtained.
