    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate wherein a sufficient conductive material can be filled in through holes even if the formation of internal electrodes and the filling into the through holes are simultaneously performed when the internal electrodes and the through holes are electrically connected by the screen printing of a conductive paste, and to provide a manufacturing method for a laminated ceramic electronic part.SOLUTION: The screen printing plate 100 is arranged on a ceramic sheet 41A. Then, the conductive paste 90 is mounted on one end of the screen printing plate 100, and the conductive paste 90 is applied on the surface of the screen printing plate 100 by moving a squeegee 91 in a direction shown with an arrow. In this case, since the thickness of the peripheral edge section 105 is made thicker in the screen printing plate 100, the squeegee 91 is lifted when the squeegee 91 passes the peripheral edge section 105, and a large amount of the conductive paste 90 is filled. As a result, the internal electrode is formed on the surface of the ceramic sheet 41A, and the sufficient conductive material is filled in the through holes of the ceramic sheets 41A as well.
