摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light communication system between traffic signals, capable of easily transmitting information from a traffic signal set at an intersection to a traffic signal set at a distant intersection.
SOLUTION: This visible light communication system between traffic signals performs, between traffic signals 10 provided at a plurality of intersections of roads in a specified area, transmission and receiving of information for the traffic of vehicles in the vicinity of intersections from an external traffic detector 21 as a visible light signal, whereby this information is reflected to appropriate lighting control of the mutual traffic signals. Various pieces of information transmitted from an external intelligence agency such as a traffic control center to a specified traffic signal 30 provided at a specified intersection can be successively transmitted from the specified traffic signal by a visible light signal to other traffic signals within the area.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display lamp device capable of adding display of an auxiliary information signal without affecting lighting display of an original main information signal and transmitting it as information display and an optical information signal by an display lamp even in a form of not only a digital signal but also an analog signal.
SOLUTION: A traffic signal 10 includes the display lamp 11 and a lighting driving controller 15 for controlling lighting of the display lamp 11. The display lamp 11 includes blue-colored, yellow-colored, and red-colored light emitting diode elements 13a to 13c on a display panel 12. The lighting driving controller 15 includes a driving control part 16 for processing main information input being a usual traffic signal display and an auxiliary driving control part 18 for processing auxiliary information input being the other information signal. While main information of the light emitting diode elements by the driving control part is lighted, a part of lighting within a fixed time by the light emitting diode elements is turned off or intensity of lighting is weakened, based on an auxiliary information signal by the auxiliary driving control part 18 to transmit auxiliary information included in main information.

SOLUTION: Spectacles 10 with information communication system comprises a spectacle frame 11 having an ordinary shape, a pair of right and left light receiving elements 15a and 15b arranged on lens sections 12 of the spectacle frame 11, a pair of right and left signal processing sections 21a and 21b arranged on temples 13 of the spectacle frame 11, and a pair of right and left earphones 18a and 18b. The signal processing sections 21a and 21b have demodulators 22a and 22b for demodulating modulated pulse signals converted by the light receiving elements 15a and 15b and amplifiers 23a and 23b for amplifying the demodulated signals. The signal processing sections 21a and 21b have storage batteries 26 as power sources for supplying electric power to the demodulators 22a and 22b.
