    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzer capable of detaching easily and safely a reflecting mirror from a sensor base, in a sensor unit with the paired reflecting mirrors arranged opposedly in the sensor base formed with a gas passing port, with the gas passing port therebetween.
      SOLUTION: The sensor unit comprises an emission part for emitting a laser beam into the gas passing port, the reflecting mirrors for reflecting the laser beam arranged to oppose reflecting faces thereof in an insertion port to reflect the laser beam, and a light-receiving part for receiving the laser beam transmitted through gas. The sensor unit is installed in a flow passage of the gas, receives by the light-receiving part the laser beam emitted from the emission part after passed through the gas flowing in the gas passing port, and analyzes a gas component contained in the gas, based on the received laser beam, to find a concentration of the gas component. The reflecting mirrors are held by a reflecting mirror holder to constitute a reflecting mirror cassette, and the reflecting mirror cassette is inserted into the insertion port formed in the sensor base to be fixed.
