    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron-attached ash removing method for removing ash from iron, with which waste water treatment load in a system is reduced by employing a dry system, which shows high ash removing efficiency, and with which iron suited to reuse can be obtained. SOLUTION: In this iron-attached ash removing method, by using an iron-attached ash removing apparatus 5 which has a rotary shaft 56 pivotally supported in a casing 51 in a freely rotatable manner, and in which chain rotary bodies 57 with impact bodies attached to the tips thereof in a multiple stage state in the circumferential direction and axial direction of the rotary shaft 56, inside of the casing 51 is maintained in a negative pressure state in principle and the chain rotary bodies 57 are rotated, ash-attached iron 32 with particle sizes equal to or below a given particle size is charged from an iron charge port 52 at the upper part of the casing, iron 35 is separated from the attached ash by imparting impact force to the ash-attached iron 32 by the impact bodies, the iron 35 is dropped by gravity and recovered from an iron discharge port 55 at the lower part of the casing, and the attached ash is discharged by entraining it with suction gas 34.       SOLUTION: Maintenance sections are set based on a maintenance plan of the treatment apparatus in the treatment spaces where the asbestos-based waste treatment apparatus are present, and a sealed partitioned space is formed for each of the sections. Water spray nozzles 40 are provided at the upper part of the partitioned space to spray water particles of particle sizes not larger than 100 μm. Preferably, for each maintenance section, a mode selection means is provided selecting a fine particle mode for spraying water particles of particle sizes not larger than 100 μm and a coarse particle mode for spraying water particles of particle sizes not less than 100 μm by the water spray nozzles 40.

    • PURPOSE:To tear a trash bag with high pressure water immediately before the bag is interposed between a rotating blade and a fixed blade so as to prevent contained bottles from being interposed between the rotating blade and the fixed blade by providing a high pressure water ejection nozzle which can eject water in a reverse direction to a rotating direction of the rotating drum to the trash bag which has reached on the rotating blade. CONSTITUTION:A rotating blade 4 which rotates together with a rotating drum 1 is made into a shape having an obtuse angle so that it has only an effect for collecting empty trash bags 6. The trash bag 6 put from a chute 2 is torn without breaking bottles and cans by high water pressure ejected from a water jet 5 before a fixed blade 3 attached to a lower part on a side of the chute 2, and at the same time the trash bag 6 is fed upward with a torn part hooked by a rotating blade 4 on an internal periphery of the rotating drum 1. The empty trash bag 6 fed upward is hooked by a scraper 7 and discharged to a carry-out conveyer 11 by air from an air nozzle 8, so that the bottles and cans are fed backward through the rotating drum 1 and discharged to a discharging chute 10.
