摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system and a treatment method for asbestos-based waste securing safety of workers in maintenance of respective apparatus of the asbestos-based waste treatment system, and enhancing removal efficiency of dust floating in spaces around the apparatus in a treatment chamber.
SOLUTION: Maintenance sections are set based on a maintenance plan of the treatment apparatus in the treatment spaces where the asbestos-based waste treatment apparatus are present, and a sealed partitioned space is formed for each of the sections. Water spray nozzles 40 are provided at the upper part of the partitioned space to spray water particles of particle sizes not larger than 100 μm. Preferably, for each maintenance section, a mode selection means is provided selecting a fine particle mode for spraying water particles of particle sizes not larger than 100 μm and a coarse particle mode for spraying water particles of particle sizes not less than 100 μm by the water spray nozzles 40.

SOLUTION: In the selecting method of paper packs, the following steps are performed in the identifying method of the paper packs constituted of paper and plastics. (A) Near infrared rays are applied on the paper pack. (B) The near infrared rays reflected from the paper pack is received with polychro-type spectroscope 14. (C) The reflected light amount of the light, which undergoes spectroscopy in the polychro-type spectroscope 14, is measured for every respective wavelength by a light receiving element 15. (D) The absorbance A is computed based on the reflected light amount and the total reflected light amount. (E) The absorbance of the intrinsic near-infrared-ray wavelength of the respective material of the paper and the plastics is specified. In this way, the kinds of the paper packs are identified.
