    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of deviational load on a ball screw nut in the functional component arrangement structure of an electromotive injection device in which a plurality of ball screw mechanisms are used for forward/reverse traveling of an injection screw.
      SOLUTION: The electromotive injection device is provided with: a driving motor 8 for driving an injection screw shaft; a plurality of ball screw shafts 12A and 12B disposed parallel to the injection screw shaft; a plurality of injection driving servomotors 11A and 11B directly connecting to the ball screw shafts 12A and 12B for driving; a moving frame 6 which supports an injection screw 7, the driving motor 8 and the servomotors 11A and 11B and moves parallel to the axial direction of the injection screw according to the rotation drive of the shafts 12A and 12B; a fixed frame 4 which supports an injection cylinder 5 and the ball screw nuts 13A and 13B fitted to the shafts 12A and 12B; a plurality of guide rods 21 for slidably supporting the moving frame 6; and a controller for the tuning control of the servomotor 11A and 11B.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin product with excellent product surface and elastic properties by suppressing wrinkles on the surface of a sheet, preventing the sheet from being locally extended and broken, and ensuring good transfer properties on a sheet product surface from a mold face. SOLUTION: The sheet 2 preheated is arranged under a condition where both ends are movably held between a pair of molds 6 and 7 which respectively have either one of projected and recessed parts and have an engraved pattern on the mold face 7a of the recessed part. While the molds are closed, the major part of the sheet 2 is inserted into the cavity of the recessed part of the mold 7, and a space formed by the mold face 7a of the recessed part and the product face of the sheet 2 is vacuum-sucked, and while vacuum suction is held, the molds 6 and 7 are clamped to a mold mating position, and the molds are completely closed to vacuum-mold the sheet 2. The pattern of the mold face 7a of the recessed part is transferred onto the product face of the sheet 2 and the molds 6 and 7 are opened and a molten resin 1a is filled into a space formed by the mold face 6a of the projected part of the mold 6 and the opposite product face of the sheet 2 by injection compression molding.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve molding capability by shortening a stopping period of an injection molding machine to shorten a molding cycle of a molding in the case of automatically removing the molding injection molded by the machine. SOLUTION: In the case of removing a molding from a mold after an injection molding cooling step by using a grasping mechanism for grasping the molding and a moving mechanism for moving the grasping mechanism, the grasping mechanism is inserted between the molds by the moving mechanism during mold opening of the injection molding machine (T1 to T2). The molding is grasped by the grasping mechanism while moving the grasping mechanism by the moving mechanism by following to the moving molding together with the mold upon opening of the mold by the grasping mechanism by the moving mechanism (T2 to T4), and then the following of the grasping mechanism by the moving mechanism is stopped. Then, the molding is separated from the mold by moving the mold upon opening of the mold (T4 to T5), and thereafter the grasping mechanism is moved by the moving mechanism, and the molding is removed (T5 to T6).
