摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a sublimation preventive coolant used in a condensing facility using ice as a heat absorber, so-called ice condenser, capable of substantially preventing a decrease in the sublimation of the ice filling the ice condenser.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is to manufacture block ice bodies and is configured so that ice particles shaved, crushed, or in pellet form or flaked ice is injected into a molding cylinder having a strip-shaped projecting piece extending toward the center and molded with a compression force into a columnar shape, wherein borax is included and the freezing point is set to -5°C to -10°C, and each block ice body is provided along the axis with a slit extending outward in the radial direction and opening at the periphery. It is preferable that ice particles shaved, crushed, or in pellet form or flaked ice is injected into the molding cylinder and molded by a hydraulic press 31 with a compression pressure of approximately 30-40 kg/cm
2 , and a block ice body is yielded in a columnar shape having a diameter of 300 mm and a height of 300-500 mm.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce the channel resistance, namely the pressure loss, and to obtain a required water-sealing flow rate without increasing the membrane area of a hollow fiber membrane by providing a water-guiding pipe inside the hollow fiber membrane of a water-sealing injection filter consisting of an ultrafiltration membrane. SOLUTION: The water-guiding pipe for deriving sealing water through a hollow fiber membrane toward an outlet side is provided inside a portion where a number of hollow fiber membrane are arranged in a water-sealing injection filter 18. Water where a floating substance containing a fine particle through the hollow fiber membrane of the water-sealing injection filter 18 consisting of an ultrafiltration membrane is captured and eliminated is divided into a part for directly flowing to the outlet of the water-sealing injection filter 18 from the hollow fiber membrane and a part for flowing to the outlet through the water-guiding pipe after entering the water-guiding pipe through a header part from the hollow fiber membrane. As a result, water is branched into two directions in the hollow fiber membrane and flows. The pressure loss increases as the inner diameter of a transmission water-guiding pipe 1 is smaller up to 18 mm. On the other hand, when the diameter reaches 8 mm or larger, the inner diameter should preferably be 18 mm or larger to the extent that the pressure loss does not practically interfere with use.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine a polarization resistance value and further a local corrosion sensitivity, by applying microvoltages with varying frequency to a metal material under a desired solution environment to measure impedance. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of -100mV is applied varying the frequency thereof between a metal material 2 and an opposed pole 3 from a constant potential power source 6. A microcurrent flowing between the metal material 2 and the opposed pole 3 is sent to a frequency response analyzer 7 to measure impedance at varied frequencies. Data of the impedances are send to a computer 8 to determine a polarization resistance value, from which an EPR value indicating a local corrosion sensitivity is obtained. Then, the results are outputted to a printer and plotter 10 to evaluate the local corrosion sensitivity.

The diagnosing device 11 detects the cause of the abnormality from the gathered data, extracts abnormality cause candidates, and identifies the cause of the abnormality among the extracted abnormality cause candidates, a thereby displaying the countermeasure to the identified abnormality cause. Consequently, the monitoring and diagnosis of water quality are automated to reduce the load on a water quality inspector, thereby improving the diagnostic accuracy by the improvement of the frequency of the water quality monitoring.
