    • PURPOSE:To continuously monitor the generation of an abnormality, by providing a vibration monitor with a plurality of vibration detectors for individually detecting vibration components of an object being inspected, an adding/subtracting device adapted to feed therein electric signals through amplifiers and subject them to adding/subtracting processes, and a comparator circuit adapted to feed therein the output of an effective value output circuit feeding therein the output of a band-pass filter. CONSTITUTION:Vibration components of an object being inspected are converted into electric signals by vibration detectors 1-4 and amplified by respective amplifiers 6 and are then fed into a decision unit 7, where the electric signals are subjected to adding/subtracting processes by an adding/subtracting device 8 so as to be a composite signal. Position and negative signs denote adding and subtracting processes respectively, and the positive or negative signs are selected according to the vibration mode being monitored and the sensitivity directions of the detectors 1-4. The effective value of the output waveform from a band-pass filter 9 which draws out only the characteristic frequency component to which attention is paid is compared with a predetermined set value in a comparator circuit 11 to judge the object to be normal or abnormal, and the result is displayed on a display 12.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a lack of recording abnormal vibration wave form of impact vibration, etc. due to the first collision of loose parts by providing interposingly a signal delaying apparatus on the midway of an inputting signal system from a vibration detector to a recorder. CONSTITUTION:The output of the vibration detector 2 attached to the outer wall of an apparatus 1 constituting a primary cooling water system of vapor generator, etc. of nuclear reactor is inputted to a detector 4 through an amplifier 3, and whether the impact vibration is generated by the collision of the loose parts or not is decided. In case of detecting the collision of the loose parts, the abnormality command is sent to an alarm device 5 from the detector 4 to generate the alarm, and simultaneously the generated time, etc. of the impact vibration are displayed on a display device 6. The abnormality command is sent simultaneously to a recorder 7 from the detector 4, and the output of the amplifier 3 inputted through the signal delaying device 8 is recorded. In this way, since the output of the vibration detector is recorded under the state delayed by a prescribed time, the lack of recording the impact vibration can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To provide prediction with high precision at a high speed by storing the simulation results performed in advance on the off-line basis for individual types of expected operating actions. CONSTITUTION:The plant behaviors after actions are simulated 10 in advance for individual types of expected operating actions, and time responses of changes of process quantities corresponding to the number of actions are obtained as multiple off-line simulation result groups 11. They are stored in a memory means 1 such as a high-speed-accessible magnetic disk on the off-line basis. In prediction, a setting means 3 detects the type and condition of actions from the set change of the action unit of a plant 5 according to the plan and sets them as the simulation condition. A predicting means 2 extracts the time response data of the process quantity corresponding to the type and condition of the action from multiple simulation results stored 1 based on the information obtained from the setting means 3 and transfers the data to a display means 4. The time response displayed by the display means 4 is the predicted information of the progress.
