    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an abnormal state in a steam generating device to be diagnosed in an easy and accurate manner by a method wherein an output from a memory means is received when a presence or a non-presence of abnormal state is diagnosed, an output from a calculating means for calculating a coefficient vector of a pseudo transfer function of the steam generator with a coefficient vector under a normal state and an abnormal signal is outputted when a difference between them is more than a predetermined value. SOLUTION: When an abnormal state is diagnosed, a signal generator receives a diagnosing control instruction from a control device 21 and sends an M-series signal 23s to an adder 7. In the adder 7, a signal 23s which may become a disturbance of zero of mean value having a larger amplitude than that of noise of a corrected control signal is added, and output is performed. PI2 controller 6 receives this output, performs a PI calculation, and sends it as a control signal including the disturbance to a water supplying control valve 5 so as to maintain a water level. A pseudo function calculating device 25 inputs a water supplying flow rate signal 4s and a water level signal 2s from a memory device 24 and then attains a predetermined pseudo transfer function of the steam generating device with a method of least squares. An a normal state presence or non-presence discriminating device 26 receives these signals, output an abnormal signal, and then the display device 27 may generate an abnormal display and an alarm in reference to these signals.

The alteration indication document generation part 3 generates the alteration indication document according to operator's input and writes the issue state in a issue state management data base 5. An alteration indication document read part 4 reads the alteration indication document through a reader after the operator writes the state after operation, writes the alteration contents in the valve state data base 1, and prevents the alteration indication document from not being collected according to the contents read by the reader and the information in the issue state management data base 5.

    • PURPOSE:To transmit the self-diagnosed result of a computer in the form of a document at the previously decided arbitrary time wherever a facsimile receiver is installed. CONSTITUTION:A computer performs self-diagnosis at a prescribed period and stores the diagnosed result in a self-diagnosis storage part 3. A report time monitor part 11 in a CPU 1 always monitors the present time and when reaching the report time stored in a report time storage part 2, the diagnostic information stored in the computer self-diagnosis storage part 3 is translated into text data so as to be directly comprehended by a human being by working a translation part 12. A conversion part 13 converts these text data to bit map data for facsimile use. A data output part 14 outputs the bit map data to a modulated output dveice (MODEM) 5 along with the facsimile dial number of the report destination stored in a report destination storage part 4. The modulated output device 5 sends the bit map data by calling the facsimile of the report destination by the facsimile dial number.
