摘要： PURPOSE: To measure the valve friction force of a water feeding control valve in the water feeding control system without disturbing the plant operation even when the plant is running. CONSTITUTION: A control signal D1 for water feeding control valve is sent to a valve lift control part 16 to control the opening of a water feeding control valve 15. An M-series signal from an M-series signal generator 32 is added as outer disturbance to the signal D1. The signal D1 and a water feeding control valve lift signal D2 showing the opening of the valve 15 are collected by a data collecting and measuring part 34 in time sequence. In the part 34, a physical approximate model that shows the relation between the signals D1 and D2 and is provided with the items corresponding to the valve friction force generating in the valve 15 is prepared. The signal D1 and a plurality of functions of valve friction force that are estimated to be generated are given to the model one by one so as to obtain a plurality of valve lift behaviours. Those that are most approximate to the collected signal D2 are selected in order to determine the corresponding valve friction force function.

摘要： PURPOSE:To inspect water quality efficiently by inputting water quality data from a plant, comparing it with standard data and calculating the deviation. CONSTITUTION:A water quality data input mechanism 2 operates under the command of a control mechanism 16 to input and process the water quality data from the plant P on an on-line basis. Then the water quality data inputted to the mechanism 2 is stored in a time-series data storage memory 3 and sent to a deviation normalizing mechanism 4. The mechanism 4 compares the water quality data from the mechanism 2 with the standard data stored in a standard data storage 5 and normalizes the deviation by referring to a normalization table read out of a normalization table storage memory 6. Then the normalized value and the name of data are sent out to a water quality state grasping mechanism 7 through a data bus 17. The mechanism 7 grasps the state of water quality by referring to the normalized data from the mechanism 4 and knowledge stored in a knowledge memory 8 for grasping the water quality state. The result is stored in a working memory 15.

Consequently, the monitoring and diagnosis of water quality are automated to reduce the load on a water quality inspector, thereby improving the diagnostic accuracy by the improvement of the frequency of the water quality monitoring.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an abnormal state in a steam generating device to be diagnosed in an easy and accurate manner by a method wherein an output from a memory means is received when a presence or a non-presence of abnormal state is diagnosed, an output from a calculating means for calculating a coefficient vector of a pseudo transfer function of the steam generator with a coefficient vector under a normal state and an abnormal signal is outputted when a difference between them is more than a predetermined value. SOLUTION: When an abnormal state is diagnosed, a signal generator receives a diagnosing control instruction from a control device 21 and sends an M-series signal 23s to an adder 7. In the adder 7, a signal 23s which may become a disturbance of zero of mean value having a larger amplitude than that of noise of a corrected control signal is added, and output is performed. PI2 controller 6 receives this output, performs a PI calculation, and sends it as a control signal including the disturbance to a water supplying control valve 5 so as to maintain a water level. A pseudo function calculating device 25 inputs a water supplying flow rate signal 4s and a water level signal 2s from a memory device 24 and then attains a predetermined pseudo transfer function of the steam generating device with a method of least squares. An a normal state presence or non-presence discriminating device 26 receives these signals, output an abnormal signal, and then the display device 27 may generate an abnormal display and an alarm in reference to these signals.
