摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure high-speed and stable work by applying adhesives on tape- like elastic materials, such as waist bands of throw-away diapers, during the course of transporting these elastic materials and pressing the elastic materials to a moving web which is wound around a drum while holding the elastic materials stretched by utilizing a cam mechanism, thereby adhering the elastic materials to this web. SOLUTION: The plural band-shaped elastic members Ra to Rc are supplied by a vacuum attraction type conveyor 7 and are cut by a pair of cutting roll 1 and anvil roll 2 to the tape-like elastic members a to c of a prescribed width. The elastic members a to c are then transferred by a vacuum attraction type transfer roll 3 to an adhesive applying roll 4 and are coated 11 with the adhesives during the course thereof. Next, the elastic members a to c are supplied via a transfer roll 5 to a width expanding roll 6 and are vacuum attracted by plural pairs of chucks 16a,... at both ends thereof. The elastic members a to c are stretched in this state by the effect of a cylindrical cam. The elastic members a to c are then pressed to the prescribed positions of the web W carried by the vacuum drum 9 for web transportation, by which the elastic members are adhered and fixed to the web.

While the grafting treatment means treats the seedling for the stock on a stock transporting conveyor 7, the scion cutting means 21 cuts the seedling for the scion to provide the objective device.

摘要： PURPOSE: To promote bonding of a grafted nursery plant by reinforcing holding force of a scion part and a stock part by a clip. CONSTITUTION: A clip 130 for bonding a scion part of a seedling for a scion to a stock part of a seedling for a stock has a cylindrical retaining part 141 capable of holding the stock part and the scion part, a slit 139 ranging in the length direction of the retaining part 141 and a gripping part 142 for opening and closing the slip, attached to the back of the retaining part 141. The clip 130 is supplied to the tip part of the stock part by a clip opening and closing mechanism in the cut slant direction of the stock part of the seedling for the stock at a position of approximately 90 degrees from the slit 139. The scion part is inserted into the clip 130 applied to the tip part of the stock part by an upper clamper so as to bond the cut slant face of the stock part to the cut slant face of the scion part to reinforce holding force of a grafted nursery plant by the clip 130.
