    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle straightening device and method of printing paper of a commercial offset rotary press, surely straightening wrinkles generated in printing paper.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid regeneration apparatus with reduced manufacturing cost by proposing a simplified apparatus.
      SOLUTION: Positive and negative electrodes 4 and 3 are arranged on facing vertical walls of the waste liquid regeneration apparatus 1, and waste liquid containing ink pigment, water and washing liquid used in a printer is introduced into a waste liquid regeneration tank. Voltage is applied between the positive and negative electrodes 4 and 3, the waste liquid is treated by using an electrostatic field, the ink pigment is induced to the negative electrode, to settle coagulated water to the bottom of the regeneration apparatus 1. Washing liquid with a specific gravity lighter than water is separated as supernatant to regenerate the washing liquid from the waste liquid. Electric insulators 5 are provided above the electrodes 3 and 4 of the vertical walls, and the level of the waste liquid is adjusted to the position of the insulators.

    • PURPOSE:To freely control the opening and closing of a seal bar in accordance with the detection of defective seals to prevent troubles in advance on defective seals, by driving to open or close the seal bar with a servomotor and controlling the servomotor with a detector for defective seals. CONSTITUTION:A pair of seal bars 3 in a heat sealing device are connected to each other by joint links 14 and driven by a servomotor 13 through a driving link 11, a coupling 12, etc. The servomotor is controlled by a detector for defective seals arranged between the seal bars 3 and a holder disc 15. A loadcell is used for the detector 10 of defective seals as a detector of load distribution of the seal bars 3 for instance and fitted at three positions in the width direction of the seal bars 3. When a defective seal is detected, the seal bars 3 are immediately stopped by the servomotor 13, and forced to retreat to the original position. In this way, sealing operation stops and defective seals are removed.
