    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an air conditioner unit improving productivity by shortening a vacuuming time of a refrigerant circuit part interior, and not needing new plant and equipment investment or enlargement of manufacturing space.
      SOLUTION: Vacuuming processes are carried out twice after a refrigerant circuit part assembly process of assembling a refrigerant circuit part in a casing, and a neglecting time of neglecting while maintaining vacuum in the refrigerant circuit part is provided between the vacuuming process of a first time and the vacuuming process of a second time. By this, a uniform pressure (pressure mobile equilibrium) in the refrigerant circuit part is promoted during the neglecting time, and the vacuuming time is shortened than conventional for a portion of the neglecting time. The neglecting time can be used for production work such as an electrical equipment attachment process, and productivity can be improved without needing new plant and equipment investment or enlargement of the manufacturing space.

    • PURPOSE:To interrupt solar radiation automatically by driving a crystal plate with the power of a solar battery to change a liquid crystal plate sun visor opaquely when solar radiation onto the face of a driver is detected with the liquid crystal plate sun visor set. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid crystal plate sun visor 2 is set in a cabin inside a frontshield window glass 7 by a driver, a switch 4 for a photo sensor 5 is turned on. The photo sensor 5 is so set that it turns on a liquid crystal drive circuit 6 when solar radiation is given at an incident angle to the eyes of the driver. The liquid crystal drive circuit 6 turned on by the photo sensor 5 receives power from a solar battery 3 to drive the liquid crystal plate sun visor 2. The liquid crystal plate sun visor 2 interrupts solar radiation by changing from transparent to opaque one by this driving. Thus the solar radiation given to the eyes of the driver is automatically interrupted and, therefore, the conventional manual operation of the sun visor becomes unnecessary to increase safety in driving the vehicle.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a water cooled engine for driving an on-vehicle apparatus from overheating simply securely by generating the output signal from a water temperature monitor to stop the running of on-vehicle apparatus with a control ler when the water temperature of a radiator exceeds a set value. CONSTITUTION:When an operator turns on a switch 1 of an on-vehicle apparatus 2 such as air conditioner, a control section 82 of a controller 8 connects the on-vehicle apparatus 2 to an engine 3. Thus, the on-vehicle apparatus 2 is driven by the engine 3, while a load on the engine 3 is increased to raise temperature in a radiator 4. Then, the temperature of cooling water is detected by a water temperature sensor 5 and indicated on a water thermometer 6, while the water thermometer 6 is monitored by a water temperature monitor 7. When the temper ature of cooling water exceeds a set value, the water temperature monitor 7 supplies the signal output to an AND circuit 81 of the controller 8. Thus, the control section 82 stops the on-vehicle apparatus 2 so that a load on the engine is reduced to prevent the engine from overheating.
