    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an air conditioner unit improving productivity by shortening a vacuuming time of a refrigerant circuit part interior, and not needing new plant and equipment investment or enlargement of manufacturing space.
      SOLUTION: Vacuuming processes are carried out twice after a refrigerant circuit part assembly process of assembling a refrigerant circuit part in a casing, and a neglecting time of neglecting while maintaining vacuum in the refrigerant circuit part is provided between the vacuuming process of a first time and the vacuuming process of a second time. By this, a uniform pressure (pressure mobile equilibrium) in the refrigerant circuit part is promoted during the neglecting time, and the vacuuming time is shortened than conventional for a portion of the neglecting time. The neglecting time can be used for production work such as an electrical equipment attachment process, and productivity can be improved without needing new plant and equipment investment or enlargement of the manufacturing space.

      SOLUTION: A tube expanding apparatus includes mandrels 8, each mandrel having a billet 5 on a leading end; a reciprocating actuator 9 for supporting rear ends of the mandrels 8, the reciprocating actuator 9 being supported to reciprocate in an axial direction of hairpin tube straight portions 7a; a pressure cylinder 10 for raising and lowering the reciprocating actuator 9 and expanding the straight portions 7a by pressing the billets 5 into the hairpin tube straight portions 7a; hairpin receivers 2 for supporting curved portions 7b of hairpin tubes 7; a fin receiver 1 for supporting a lower end portion of the laminated radiating fins 6a; and a hydraulic cylinder 3 for raising and lowering the fin receiver 1. The hydraulic cylinder 3 lowers the fin receiver 1 to a predetermined position as the mandrels 8 descend and the billets 5 begin to be inserted into the hairpin tubes 7.

In response to an air capacity per each portion of outside air sent to the heat exchanger 12 from the blower 13, an interval between the fins 18 in a portion with a relatively small air capacity is provided larger than an interval between the fins 17 in a portion with a relatively large air capacity.
