      SOLUTION: The composite resin composition is one comprising component (A): a vegetable filler, component (B): a polyolefin, and component (C): a modified polyolefin having an MFR of 4 to 700 g/10 min as measured at 180°C under a load of 21.2 N and a rate of grafting with a monomer having an acid group or an acid anhydride group in the range of 0.10 to 5.0 wt.%, wherein the ratio, component (A):component (B), is (40 to 90 wt.%):(10 to 60 wt.%) (wherein the total of the both is 100 wt.%), and component (C) is present in an amount of 1 to 15 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. , in total, components (A) and (B).
