    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for packaging food or medical care comprising a gas barrier laminate excellent in quality preserving property and transparent and in which interlayer delamination is suppressed even under high temperature and high pressure condition.SOLUTION: The container for packaging the food or the medical care comprising the gas barrier laminate and used for sterilizing by heating at 80 to 135°C is characterized in that the gas barrier laminate comprises a gas barrier film 10, an adhesive resin layer 20, and a heat sealable film 30, the gas barrier film 10 has hydroxyl groups, the adhesive resin layer 20 comprises modified polypropylene resin by a predetermined modifying method. Ingredients of the adhesive resin layer is not eluted even in the sterilization in the heated and compressed condition, the container is excellent in the quality preserving property because the adhesive resin layer does not contain organic solvent and has high laminate strength because the adhesive resin layer bonds with the hydroxyl groups of the gas barrier film.
