    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a modified polyolefin resin having good adhesiveness to an adherend, scarcely forming fish eye and excellent in appearance.
      SOLUTION: A method for producing the modified polyolefin comprises feeding (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative and (C) a free radical generator to an extruder having two or more raw material feeding ports in which arrangement positions differ in the extruding direction and carrying out graft reaction of polyolefin resin (A) with the unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative (B) in the presence of the radical generator. In the production method, the polyolefin resin (A) and the unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative (B) are fed from a first raw material feeding port on the uppermost stream side of the extruder and the radical generator (C) is fed from two or more raw material feeding ports.
