The tongue section 17 and the claw section 15 are configured to fit by snap fit, and a fitting face 15a of the claw section 15 is formed aslant. Thus, the fitting face 15a and the tongue section 17 are made to function as an elastic tensile mechanism so that the case 11 and the cover 12 elastically expand in a mutually attracting direction.

      SOLUTION: The rotary shaft of a shutter mechanism is connected to the side of the rotating shaft 63 of a torque motor 26, and the open state and close state of the shutter mechanism are selectively switched. The torque motor 26 includes a rotor 62 supported by the rotating shaft 63 extending in the same direction as the rotary shaft. A stator 61 is provided with a main tooth portion 65a projecting toward the rotor 62, auxiliary tooth portions 65b, 65c, and a coil 66 fitted to the main tooth portion 65a. The rotor 62 is provided with permanent magnets 77, 78 attached to a rotor core 76 and having different magnetic poles. The rotating direction of the rotor 62 is changed over by a control section 27 controlling power distribution to the coil 66. The shutter mechanism 13 is positioned and retained at a predetermined position by attraction of at least the permanent magnets 77, 78 and auxiliary tooth portions 65b, 65c.
