SOLUTION: In this power slide apparatus incorporated into a vehicle body, the drive unit 33 equipped with tensioner mechanisms 55a and 55b is mounted in the lateral portion of the vehicle body. Outer casings 36 and 37 for guiding cables 31 and 32 are provided between the drive unit 33 and a pulley unit. Additionally, a stopper unit 70 is detachably assembled to the outside of the tensioner case 56a of the closing-side tensioner mechanism 55a. The stopper unit 70 makes one end of the closing-side outer casing 36 movable in the arrangement of the cables 31 and 32 so as to enable the sufficient securement of amount of pulling out the cables 31 and 32 from the outer casings 36 and 37.
