    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control method and a lighting system improving the efficiency of mental work by considering the awakening degree and relaxation degree of an office worker, with the lapse of time of a day. SOLUTION: The color temperature of a prescribed position is raised with the lapse of time from around 7:30 to around 12:00 and lowered with the lapse of time from around 12:00 to around 17:30. For example, the color temperature of the prescribed position is set into the vicinity of 4700 K around 7:30 a.m., into the vicinity of 6000 K around noon and into the vicinity of 5000 K around 17:30 p.m. The color temperature of the prescribed position is raised with the lapse of time in the morning, and the color temperature of the prescribed position is lowered with the lapse of time in the afternoon.

    • PURPOSE:To make conductive plate installation unnecessary at the time of assembly by installing a movable contact plate as to cross the open face of a chassis at right angles and making the contact plate swing freely. CONSTITUTION:A trigger switch is composed of an insulating box body, a movable contact point 3, and a trigger lever 2; wherein the insulating box body is composed of a chassis in which a plurality of conductive plates are buried and a cover 11 attached to the open face of the chassis, the movable contact point 3 has a movable contact point facing to a fixed contact point set in a conductive plate at one end and is so installed in another conductive plate as to swing freely, and the trigger lever 2 is provided with a trigger button 20 at one end and so installed in the insulating box body as to slide freely. The trigger lever 2 which opens or closes the contact points by swinging the movable contact point plate 3 following the sliding movement is made to slide freely in the direction along the open face of the chassis and the movable contact point plate 3 is set in the direction rectangular to the open face of the chassis and made to swing freely in the installed direction of the trigger lever 2 and the cover 11 against the chassis. As a result, the assembly work is made extremely easy.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of a plurality of reduction gear ratio and smooth change-over operation by providing in each ring gear a non- engaging region without any engaging projection having a gap between engaging projections wider than the width of a lock pin. CONSTITUTION:Engaging projections 33, 34 are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of ring gears 31, 32 at equal circumferential intervals. An engaging projection 33 is formed on one other axial end side of ring gear 31, an engaging projection 34 is formed on the other axial end side of ring gear 32 and a non- engaging region 35 is provided between both engaging projections 33, 34. Thus, a multiple state planet gear mechanism is selectively operate so that a plurality of different reduction gear ratios can be obtained. Also, in change-over between respective reduction gear ratios, the whole ring gears 31, 32 are set to the free condition on the way of change-over, so that the degree of freedom of reduction gear ratio setting can be increased and the change-over operation smoothed.
