    • PURPOSE:To make conductive plate installation unnecessary at the time of assembly by installing a movable contact plate as to cross the open face of a chassis at right angles and making the contact plate swing freely. CONSTITUTION:A trigger switch is composed of an insulating box body, a movable contact point 3, and a trigger lever 2; wherein the insulating box body is composed of a chassis in which a plurality of conductive plates are buried and a cover 11 attached to the open face of the chassis, the movable contact point 3 has a movable contact point facing to a fixed contact point set in a conductive plate at one end and is so installed in another conductive plate as to swing freely, and the trigger lever 2 is provided with a trigger button 20 at one end and so installed in the insulating box body as to slide freely. The trigger lever 2 which opens or closes the contact points by swinging the movable contact point plate 3 following the sliding movement is made to slide freely in the direction along the open face of the chassis and the movable contact point plate 3 is set in the direction rectangular to the open face of the chassis and made to swing freely in the installed direction of the trigger lever 2 and the cover 11 against the chassis. As a result, the assembly work is made extremely easy.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stability and reliability of control and achieve miniaturization. SOLUTION: This switch includes a control button biasing part 7 having a return spring 25 which biases a control button 3 in the clockwise direction and a resetting mechanism 8 which, when the control button is rotated counterclockwise, holds the return spring 25 of the part 7 compressed to lock the sliding element 16 of the part 7. The resetting mechanism 8 comprises a fitting element 17 which is fitted into the sliding element 16 of the part 7 when the return spring 25 of the part 7 is compressed, a spring 18 biasing the fitting element 17 toward the part 7, and a solenoid 19 secured to the fitting element 17 via the spring 18. The solenoid 19 has a movable core 20, a coil 21 wound on the movable core 20, and a fixed core 22 secured to one end of the coil 21, and releases the fitting element 17 from the state of being fitted in the sliding element 16 of the part 7 by moving the movable core 20 toward the fixed core against the biasing force of the spring 18, by means of a magnetic field produced by passing electricity to the coil 21. Thereby the control bottom 3 is reset.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple pushbutton switch which can perform on/off operations of a contact together with a clicking operation without flowing electric current through a spring material generating the clicking operation. SOLUTION: A pushbutton switch of the present invention includes a case 1 receiving a fixed contact and a moving contact; fixed contacts 3, 4 and 5 formed on the bottom of the case; a contact spring 14 having moving contacts 15, 16, 19 and 20, the contact spring serving to connect the fixed contact to each other in a pressed state while, in a non-pressed state, being self-restored to make electric circuits between the fixed contacts an off state; a click spring plate 23 formed from a resilient metallic thin film into a circle-curved plate shape, the click spring plate 23 being subjected to a clicking operation by pressing its top portion while being deformed so that it presses the underlying contact spring 13 having the moving contacts, thereby connecting the fixed contacts to each other using the moving contacts; a protrusion 10 being in contact with the moving contacts and the click spring plate during the deformation motion and serving to prevent the click spring from being deformed beyond its dead point; and an actuator serving to press the top point of the click spring 23.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF-MEMS switch with a simple structure, easy to manufacture, compactly constituted, and with its information signal and an on/off operation hardly affected by noise, and, therefore, capable of surely carrying out on/off changeover.
      SOLUTION: The switch is made up by assembling a lower base plate 3 mounting a cantilever part 2, and an upper base plate at a cover side equipped with fixed-side RF input/output signal lines 4, 5. The cantilever part 2 provided at the lower base plate 3 constitutes a piezoelectric actuator, with its one end fixed to the lower base plate 3 and the other end having a contact part 6 on a top face in free up-and-down rocking movement. When the cantilever part 2 is bent upward, the contact part 6 also moves upward and comes in contact with both the RF input signal line 4 and the RF output signal line 5 on the upper base plate to electrically conduct the both lines 4, 5. Further, the lower base plate 3 does not exist under the rocking part of the cantilever part 2, with a space left there.
