      CONSTITUTION: When an operator makes a change over by stepping on a foot valve, compressed air from an external pilot supply port 25 is supplied to an external pilot port 21 to push a check valve body 20 against the force of a spring 22 to let the air flow into a pilot port 14 via a flow through port 23 to move a valve body 27 by a differential pressure against a spring 28 and the pressure from a supply port 23. Thus the compressed air is supplied from a flow out port 31 to an external stopper cylinder 41 to lower a piston rod 40 thereby simplifying the construction of a limit valve eliminating the need for electrical control.

      CONSTITUTION: A stopper plate 38 of a pallet 37 comes against a piston rod 40 of an actuator 30 and stops. When an operator changes over the air connection after his work is over by stepping on a foot valve, compressed air from an external supply port 26 is supplied to an external inlet port 24 to push a valve body 22 of a shuttle valve to connect it with a pilot port 23 of a main valve to supply compressed air. Next, a main spool moves upward by the pressure to supply compressed of a main supply port 27 frm an external outlet port to the actuator 30 to lower the piston rod 40. Thus the need for electrical control is eliminated to simplify the construction of a limit valve.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a fully automatic gas filling method by passing through a centering stage, in which a gas cylinder is placed at the center of a filling station, correcting the direction of a valve of the cylinder, connecting the valve to a gas supplying nozzle, and filling the gas cylinder with high pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:This filling method is divided roughly into three stages; a lower part processing stage, an upper part processing stage, and an after-processing stage. In the lower part processing stage, an empty gas cylinder 1 is carried into a filling station by means of a conveyor, and centering is carried out, or the cylinder 1 is positioned to the central part of the filling station. The cylinder 1 is then elevated from a transferring passage 3 and weighed. In the upper part processing stage, the height of a valve 6 of the empty cylinder 1 is detected, while the direction of the valve 6 is corrected to the specified direction. After this, the mouth of the valve 6 is connected to a mouth of a nozzle of a gas supplier 5. In the after-processing stage, the nozzle is disconnected from the valve part of the gas cylinder, which is filled with a specified amount of gas. After final work to the gas cylinder 1 is completed, the cylinder 1 is transferred as a gas-filled cylinder.
