摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of unevenness in the installation position of a cylinder based on a filling nozzle used in an automatic filling device to fill a filling container with high pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:Along with the progress of a cylinder unit 2 provided with a filling nozzle 1 and a pair of cam followers 6, the flat part of the filling port part of the cylinder is nipped between a pair of arms 10 through a cam follower 6. By further progressing the cylinder unit 2, the cylinder is released from a nipped state. The cylinder is guided by means of the tip part of the filling nozzle 1 and the cylinder is prevented from backward falling by the protrusion parts of hooks 5 at the tip parts of the arms 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a yield through prevention of the occurrence of phenomenon wherein a filling nozzle can not be mounted owing to unevenness in the installation position of a cylinder based on a filling nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Along with the progress of a filling nozzle 1 effecting forward and backward movement drive by means of air, the guide surface of a collar 6 with which the filling nozzle 1 is constantly equipped is guided by means of a pair of rollers 5. A pair of levers 3 moved around a bracket 2, serving as a fulcrum, holding an opened state through the force of a tension spring 7 are brought into a closed state. A pair of chuck fingers 4 is caused to nip the filling port part of a cylinder therebetween and the filling port of the cylinder is positioned on the same line as a line on which the filling nozzle is positioned. Further, the protrusion parts of a pair of the chuck fingers 4 are inserted into the respective recessed parts of the rear part of the filling port to clamp the filling port to produce a state wherein filling is practicable.

SOLUTION: A machining section is inclined at an angle ranging from 5 deg. to 50 deg. in respect to a horizontal plane in such a way that machining liquid 7 adjusted to cause its supplying amount to become minimum may flow gradually from above the machining section to an electrical discharged location 11 while being influenced by gravity and concurrently a relation of machining position between an electrode 2 and a work piece 1 is maintained by inclining a direction to feed an electrode 2 at an angle equal to an inclined angle of the machining section from an initial position so as to perform an electrical discharged machining at a predetermined angle in regard to the machining section, resulting in that a reduction in machining speed caused by accumulation of machining dust can be improved, deformation of a fine electrode caused by injection flow of machining liquid can be prevented and efficient supplying of machining liquid can be attained.

By means of air fed through the air feed port of the body 3, the filling nozzle 1 is advanced in the direction of a cylinder filling port to produce a state where filling is practicable.
